Chill in the glistening pool as dinner sizzles on the grill ahead of an al fresco dinner on the shaded outdoor patio. Grab an iced drink from the outdoor cooler, then head inside to unwind at the piano in the stylish, light-flooded living space House sleeps up to 6 adults, 10 people in total: Master Bedroom: 1 King bed (en-suite) 2nd Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed 3rd Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin roll-away bed. 4th Bedroom: 2 Twins Beds and 1 Twin roll-away bed. TPT# 21374320 License # 2023244 ***We may not accommodate reservation made within 24-hour checking-in time. By booking the house, you agree to the following rules and policies: 1. A government issued photo ID is required upon check-in for all guests who will stay in the house. 2. RESIDENTIAL NOISE *: Music or any kind of noise must be turned down after 10:00 pm. If the police are called, you will be fined $1,500 and/or lose your deposit. You will also lose the remaining nights of your stay with no refund 3. CHILDREN: There is no pool gate. Children need to be supervised when swimming. We will not be held responsible for the child safety during your visit. 4. Maximum Guests*: The maximum number of guests is limited to 10 guests with the maximum number of 6 adults only. 5.ADDITIONAL GUESTS/Visitors* - The maximum number of the guests/visitors to the house is limited to the number of guests listed when making the booking, 6.Non-Smoking*: This is a Non-Smoking property. 7. Glass*: Absolutely No glass in the backyard. 8. MAXIMUM Cars*: The maximum number of cars allowed is 2 unless approved by the host. Cars must park in the driveway at all times. No street parking. 9. PETS* : Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. 10.Parties or Events*: No parties or events allowed. 11. Check-In/Check-Out Time*: CHECK-IN time is after 4 PM and CHECK-OUT time is before10:00 am. 12. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: If available, there is an extra charge for this and must be approved by host before check-in. 13. POOL HEATER: The pool heater is only available from Sep 15 to May 15 for a fee. The fee is $50/night or $250/week. It requires 3-day advanced notice to heat up the pool. The pool heater request has to apply to your entire stay. 14. We are not responsible for personal property loss. Please keep your personal valuable items with you. 15. AC/HEATER - Keep all doors and windows shut when running the AC or the heater! We are a small business and can't afford an expected high utility bill. 16. We care very much about our home and strive to keep it in excellent shape. If anything is out of order, please let us know as soon as you arrive. However, the house is provided in “as is” condition. We shall make reasonable efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities in the house, such as ACs/Heaters, Internet access, satellite or cable TV access, pools, and fireplaces, as applicable. We should not be held responsible for such items' failure to work during your stay, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible. *Minimum $300 fine will be applied for rule violation and you may also lose the remaining nights of your stay with no refund. Any exception to the rules needs to be approved by the host in advance in writing.

We had an amazing stay. Roseanne was so friendly and communicative, she made sure we had everything we needed and was able to run over to the house at a moment's notice. The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Loved the covered patio and pool, lots of space, and beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay here again!

We had everything we needed in the charming Scottsdale home. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and hot chocolate and coffee were provided. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. We loved the pool and backyard. Wonderful host. We will be back.

Five of us stayed here for a birthday celebration, and it was perfect! Great neighborhood, convenient location.....the pool was fun and the landscaping creates a pleasant and private yard.....there were several areas in the yard where we could gather and relax. The house was spacious and immaculate. Would return here in a heartbeat.

Perfect landing spot for 4 50 year old's on a golf weekend combined with Bruins and Patriots. Good location, well equipped, plenty of space. Didn't use the pool as it was cold out but otherwise took advantage of what the house had to offer.

Put simply the house is amazing, has tons of space, and is super comfy and great to hang out in. Roseanne was proactive and easy to communicate with. We stayed here with our three kids (3, 4 and 6) and met our friends from grad school with their 2 year old. There was plenty of room for everyone and we loved being there. Pool was awesome, tons of space to run around in the front and back yard, close to downtown Scottsdale. It was exactly what we were hoping for. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in Scottsdale.

We had the best girls weekend. The house is so comfortable with the way it’s furnished and laid out. Great outdoor space is an understatement. Our flight got in early and Roseanne was kind enough to let us drop our bags before check in so we could have room to grocery shop, etc. Location is convenient to local shopping. We are so grateful for our stay!!

The house was perfect for our group of 5. Rosanne was the perfect host and communication was seamless. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. We especially enjoyed the pool! Location was spot on for our excursions around Scottsdale and Phoenix.

This house is an absolute gem! We loved the pool and the backyard set-up and spent a considerable amount of time just chilling by the pool. The set-up on the inside is just as nice and was great with the multiple TV's for our 4 teenagers. The location couldn't have been any better as it was nice and close to golf and shopping. Roseanne was great! We will definitely be back next year!

A gorgeous home, well kept and maintained. Roseanne was thoughtful and prompt with any questions during the booking process or while we were in her home. The home was perfect for our friends group (mid 20s) to enjoy fun in the sun, the outdoor living spaces were especially nice. If I were to come back to Scottsdale, I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.
