Excellent location. Spacious property. Almost all facilities.

I didnot got parking on the site. I need to walk everyday for 800 metres for covered parking

Aivan toimiva ja edullinen ratkaisu keskustaoleskeluun!

Erittäin hyvä sijainti keskeisellä paikalla, mutta silti hiljainen ja rauhallinen yöpyminen. Avainten hakeminen ja luovutus oli helppoa ja olin ilahtunut, että myöhäinen check-out onnistui. Kommunikointi oli ihan sujuvaa.

Hieman voisi panostaa siistimisen tasoon siinä mielessä, että useat pinnat olivat hieman epäsiistejä. Useissa lampuissa oli valo palanut. Majoittajan kanssa kommunikoidessa jotain hämmennystä. Lisäksi pidin erittäin ikävänä, että sain eri taholta/majoittajan yhteistyökumppanilta(?) Whatsapp-viestiä lisäpalveluista; mielestäni en ollut suostunut luovuttamaan yhteystietojani eteenpäin.

Great clean, roomy appartment in the town centre with great sauna and cooking facilities.

Good, central location near shops, bars and restaurants. The sauna is great. Good cooking facilities. Spacious appartment.

There were few minor things missing, washing up liquid and kitchen spray, 'although there was a dishwasher and tablets for it) and seat pads for the sauna. This was our second stay and we had these previously.

Situation and flat are ok

Communication with the staff was very complicated. We had some troubles (strong smell of sth burned in the flat; an invitation to leave the flat empty a full afternoon for some « pest poisoning ») and unfortunately it was very difficult to get information and answers to our questions and to get help.

never again! a hotel room is a must in Finland. Service system is super slow and is bad at all…

It is in the heart of all…

We were delivered the wrong keys, the delivery time was quite late because of the cleaning, the wifi was not working at all, it was dirty….

I could not of asked for a better place to stay it was so convenient and close to everything

I loved the location and how nicely the apartment was set out it was fantastic for a family of three. We could go out and do an activity then come back and relax in the apartment. I wanted to stay for a month it felt like home who needs to stay in an ice igloo this was a fabulous apartment and had a sauna as an added bonus

There were broken wine glasses that needed replacing apart from that it was awesome!

Very spacious apartment located centrally and close to everything, well equipped, very clean and warm -it was -10 or less when we were there. Nice sauna. All in all good value for money.

The WiFi is a bit erratic and works well in a few corners of the house.

Excellent, great location

Good amount of space, very clean and comfortable beds. Own sauna was a great novelty for us. Excellent location, central to everything

We had minor problems finding the apartment, but that was also due to confusion over the existence of a name on the door, which made us worry about whether we were about to walk in on someone. The lock is a bit tricky to use, but possibly just due to a different type of key to Australia. Otherwise a really great experience and the kids loved it too.

the apartment is central heating and may get a little longer to heat up during winter. wifi pw is incorrect from the file for room 27

Strategic, central and convenient location of the apartment for any service. Large apartment equipped with all comforts, equipped kitchen, wonderful sauna

Not very clean apartment, but only briefly in the visible points. The hope is that nothing will break down, because the host is not contactable, the wifi didn't work, and it didn't even respond to our requests for help.

We felt like we were at home!

Great location of the the apartment. It was warm and comfortable. There was a sleigh inside, what a joy for the kids! We felt like we were at home! 😍

We found hairs in the shower and rubbish under the sofa 😑

the property was spotless and so comfortable, great location right in the centre of Rovaniemi. it was lovely to return from Lapland to a lovely warm apartment and sauna.

Lovely lovely apartment

Very modern, really clean. Excellent facilities. Central location but still quiet.

W ould have been good to have hand towels in the bathroom and toilet but very minor issue.
