The apartment was very comfortable, warm, clean and quiet, just five minutes away from the main shopping malls in the city center.
I was extremely disappointed by the landlord’s lack of communication regarding both check-in and check-out.
When I booked the apartment, I asked about late check-in but never received a reply, so I had to arrange an earlier flight. Despite contacting the landlord several times through Booking.com and WhatsApp, I received no response until I called him on the day of arrival.
The check-in instructions arrived only a few hours beforehand and were incomplete, as they did not specify which floor the apartment was on. Moreover, I had to collect the keys from a lockbox located ten minutes’ walk from the apartment. This inconvenient arrangement should have been clearly communicated in advance, especially considering guests with heavy luggage or mobility difficulties. When I called for clarification, the landlord did not answer.
No check-out instructions were provided either. I left the keys on the table and informed the landlord via WhatsApp, but once again received no response.
I believe Booking.com should investigate this landlord’s unprofessional attitude and lack of consideration for guests.
Finally, the shower is poorly designed, as water spills onto the bathroom floor and needs to be wiped up after every use.

Siisti ja sopiva tilapäiseen majoitukseen.
Puuttui suodatinpussit ja huono informaatio parkkimahdollisuuksista.

Autopaikka oli lähellä ja sijainti oli hyvä.
En saanut majoitus paikasta infoa ollenkaa jote jouduin soittamaan.
