Good location. Nice little touches. Welcoming.
No space for personal items. Bathroom lacked enough hangers. Shower needed a scrub.

What a quiet secluded, beautiful place. Had everything we needed, walking distance to beautiful streets and restaurants. Check in was late (4pm) but we were offered towels to sit by the pool until room was ready.

The location was excellent. Ramon and his entire team were fantastic. Really great customer service. So friendly and helpful.
There were a few areas that needed a bit of attention. We had the garden room and the grass area outside was patchy grass in places (and mud) and the grass was very long. Perhaps artificial grass would work better? The pool also had a few missing tiles. This wasn't a cheap hotel option and it's marketed as 'Boutique' but I'm not sure it felt boutique, for example some of the towels and sheets were a bit stiff and worn (not soft cotton and fluffy).

The location
Complimentary drinks were a nice gesture
The room was dirty and needed a good clean. The kitchen sink, kettle and coffee maker didn’t look like they had been cleaned at all. The floor in the bedroom needed a good sweep and mop. The bathroom shower had grime in the shower doors and there was a pubic hair stuck to the wall behind the bathroom sink. The faux leather sofa bed also needs to be wiped down.
