not for elderly people, not for this price

the view

it was supposed to respect the hours for check in this hotel. they ask you to respect, but unfortunately, they keep going with check-in and out all night. I couldn't sleep because it was very noisy and unrespectful people. very hard getting to the parking and no breakfast evan they say we will have it 30min early...sorry but no value for the price for all at this hotel. and also spa close early then the programme....so couldn't enjoy it.

Love this Pueblo address.

Kind staff, clean, super location in middle of charming pueblo. Lots of great dining options nearby. Kindly prepared picnic breakfast as we checked out at 7am.

Parking available but on paying basis while other free options abound.

An exelent choise, and great change for beach hotel.

Breakfast is a very basic but OK. There are many small restaurants within 50-100 m proving breakfast from 10-15 e / person should you wish to elsewhere. Location in the old city. Restaurants and shops near. Nice small spa (20 e/1,5hours)

Can NOT change heating off to cooling. Air condition is locked to heating. Church bells ring every sharp hour, every 15 past, every half an hours and even 15 to next full hours (like 01:45, 11:45:112.45 etc..)

Clean, quiet, breakfast was delicious and as we were celebrating our honeymoon, the bigger room, towel swans and bottle of champagne was a lovely touch from the hotel.

Great small hotel in lovely quiet location

Great location. Large, comfortable room with a sea view.

Breakfast doesn’t start until 8.30am which felt a bit late compared to other hotels. We were provided with a picnic breakfast as we had to leave for airport at 8.30am. It was ok.

Loved everything about it, the lovely tapas bars were fantastic and such good value for money

Breakfast very relaxed and good selection available

I think all hotels offering a hot buffet breakfast in general it is always lukewarm, I loved the fresh fruit and any eggs cooked specially for you, the omelettes, scrambled eggs were all lovely, so no complaints

Pleasant

Plenty of areas to relax. The breakfast was amazing.

I was a little disappointed with my room. The first noticeable thing you saw when looking out the window was a clump of electricity cables. Also when handing in my room card and said I was leaving. Just a thank you. No mention of have you enjoyed your stay. Just seemed strange.

Amazing holiday

The staff were excellent....really friendly and helpful. The location is beyond perfect 🥰

Only a minor negative but some of the fixtures and fittings are starting to show their age and could do with a little tlc.

Lovely hotel in great location

Lovely hotel, very well located in beautiful Benalmadena Pueblo. Spacious room with a great view. Very nice staff.

Attention to detail with housekeeping. Glasses were not very clean when we arrived. We left our room one morning and returned @10 minutes later to find the cleaning had been completed. Four used glasses left unwashed. The hotel does not offer ironing facilities. Reception found an iron but no board. Very odd for a hotel of this quality

Lovely hotel in the centre of Benalmadena

Great and quiet hotel in the middle of the centre of Benalmadena. The staff is a little slow (took ages to check in, there was noone at the desk when we arrived), but the hotel is amazing. The bathroom is a bit outdated, but the room very spacious and comfortable with great airconditioning. We had a room next to the swimmingpool, which was great. Sunbeds enough at this time of year and no noisy kids, which we liked a lot. Breakfast was good and also dinner at the same restaurant was amazingly good. We did not miss having a terrace, because of seats and the swimmingpool at our front door. It was not noisy at all, even though the elevator was right in front of our hotel door. Probably because it was not a busy period and sensible guests.

The road to the hotel has stairs and is quite a walk when it's hot, but on the other hand you are in the middle of the old centre. Staff was friendly, but very slow.
