Park in the space labeled for C3. Unit is located on the second floor of the third building (C) in the 3 building complex. Ocean Isle Beach is a beautiful white sand family beach in southeastern North Carolina. This sleepy little island is an uncrowded and quieter alternative to bustling coastal communities like Myrtle Beach and Wilmington North Carolina, both just 30 miles away. Ocean Isle Beach is a place with no traffic lights, honky tonks, or neon lights. Explore the island or the neighboring uninhabited islands by renting a canoe, kayak, bicycle, jet ski, golf cart, or leisure boat. Play golf at over 100 golf courses catering to every level of play and budget. Free tennis courts are close by at the Park where you can enjoy a picnic lunch. On the island you will find great restaurants, provision stores, and island shopping. We enjoyed the apartment...it was clean , spacious for 5 people, well appointed! We cooked most evenings and had all utensils needed. The view of the ocean was spectacular...sunrise over the ocean was awe- inspiring! We would love to come again. The only drawback for older folks was the 3 flights of stairs ( unloading & loading)!

This condo comes complete with everything you would need for a vacation. Great view of the ocean and comfortable beds. However, I would recommend a replacement for the couch in the living room. The cushions seemed worn out . Despite that we had a wonderful time and it was so relaxing. We enjoyed our days at the beach, the restaurants and mini golf.

Our trip was excellent! Becky worked with us when we couldn’t get the lock open on the storage closet, which we eventually were able to. Had a quick, before school starts, beach trip and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Quick response from the owner and great cleanly condo with a beautiful view! Even my husband who generally hates the beach had a fantastic time!

Property was as described with the exception of a spa whirlpool that was listed but did not exist . Becky was awesome at getting our air conditioning fixed after a failure .

Condo was very comfortable and clean. Superb location! We really enjoyed the deck, the pool and the quick walk to the beach. We even walked a few times to places near the pier and circle. Becky was easy to correspond with and very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

The house was located. Just very short distance from the home. The pool was lovely. Check in process and check out process was very easy. The beach is lovely. Had a great time with our friends would highly recommend it.

Unit is immaculate- prettier than the pictures- lots of extra touches - everything was a nice quality - we stayed here to get an early start to our 4th of July beach week - I would definitely stay here again

This is a very well maintained property with nice furniture, bedding & linens. New flat panel TV's in every room with great cable service and outstanding wifi. Overall it was perfect! We will be going back there for sure!

I had never been to Ocean Isle. Had never dealt with Vrbo either but from the beginning to the end, the communication lines were wide open with answers to my every concern. The host of our condo responded very quickly and gave us the best of information. The condo was overlooking the pool and the ocean,which for us, would have made the vacation worth while in itself. Loved it!

Nice place, typical for OIB. Older building, but there have been some updates with furniture, appliances, and bathrooms. It does require walking up two flights of stairs, but not too bad.

From beginning to end our stay was absolutely wonderful! The condo was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. All appliances and technology worked well. The rooms were nicely sized and the beach just steps away! We will definitely be back!!

The location was perfect for beach access with little ones. The pool gave us another option if we got tired of the ocean (just kidding no one ever gets tired of the ocean) and the kids did enjoy that as well! The condo was very spacious and clean. Check in was really simple and any questions we had were answered quickly!

We found our condo to be exactly as described, with all the amenities promised. It was clean, comfortable, and provided many things like soaps, detergent, DW pods, napkins, etc. The oceanside balcony was a favorite place to sit. It also hosted many of our meals. The kitchen was well stocked and met all our needs. We were thrilled to discover that a storage closet available to us had all kinds of sand/beach items we could use. Becky was a great host who responded very quickly to questions. We would happily stay there again and will certainly remember our great experience in Beach Villa C-3.
