Located on the South side of the island, it offers panoramic views with 340' of waterfront, private dock and spacious lawn. The calm, breezy atmosphere of this beach house is the ideal location to enjoy with family or friends. For the adventurous, take the kayaks for a paddle around the island into Neale Sound and watch the abundance of water fowl including Blue Heron, Bald Eagles and osprey. Children can enjoy a plentiful bike ride around the quiet neighborhood or to the Cobb Island Market for an ice cream while adults relax in a hammock or deck chair in cool shaded areas. Take a dip in the cool refreshing river or simply float on a tube while relaxing to the rhythm of the surf. Whether planning a family reunion, a friendly get together, a pre wedding getaway or just a relaxing vacation the many rooms, upper and lower decks, spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchen offer an entertaining and relaxing setting for all. We gathered on Cobb Island for a family reunion and to celebrate the oldest family member's 90th birthday. Perfect Pointe was used as the gathering spot for everyone each morning. It worked out wonderfully , with lots of space for small groups to dit and catch up. We absolutely will rent it again.
