Situated in Atlantic Beach, this charming condo for $500 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Sunday to Sunday, 7 day rentals only, during the prime season of June, July, and August. In the off-season, we can accommodate even two day stays! Please inquire :) This Tar Landing condo is the perfect family vacation home! Families and friends will enjoy the breath-taking ocean views. Come sit on Papa Jim's front porch and have an ice-cold glass of sweet tea, or relax and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. The spacious & comfortable condo is outfitted with everything you will need while on vacation. Plus the community pool and clubhouse are always a hit! There is also a small shallow pool for very young children, and plenty of nice lounge chairs and seating to catch some rays and relax. There is a swing set area for the little ones to get rid of some of their energy. And the best part about this unit is the private community beach walkway is directly across from the unit! Just a 2 minute walk to the beach from your front door. Can't beat that! The walkway features an area to rinse off all the sand from the beach, including a foot spray and shower. Please be aware this unit only allows 2 car parking spaces. There is an area by the mailboxes where one other car can be parked. It is located outside the gate. But this space cannot be guaranteed. There is no other overflow parking inside the gated community. HOA requires parking passes inside the complex, and they monitor this daily. HOA will not allow more than 10 people to stay per unit, so please keep this in mind when booking. Guests are not allowed to have pets. As you enter into this gorgeous condo, on the left side you will see a bedroom with two twin day beds. A full bath connects with the next bedroom-which has three twin beds and a full bed. This area would be perfect for the children to gather in. There is a Smart TV in this room for the kids to enjoy. The washer and dryer are on this floor in a hallway closet, and across from the laundry is a closet with an extra fridge to keep cold drinks and extra food supplies. Head upstairs to the second floor where you will find the beautiful kitchen with stylish granite counter-tops. The kitchen opens up directly to the living room and dining area, and from there head outside on the deck to see the spectacular view of the ocean. There is a Smart TV in the main living room for family viewing. Just past the kitchen are a bar area and a full bath that leads into another bedroom. This bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. Notice the private door that leads outside... The top floor has two bedrooms, both with king-size beds. Each bedroom has it's own large bathroom with double vanities and a garden tub/shower combo.. *Bonus* there is an extra stand up shower that joins both bathrooms together! Plenty of places for everyone to get cleaned up after the beach :) Both of these rooms have Smart TVs to enjoy a little relaxing time. This amazing home is extremely close to Fort Macon’s State park. No boats, jet skis, trailers, campers, or motorcycles are allowed at Tar Landing. All TVs are Smart TVs, so log into your own apps or bring your Roku or Firestick. Each TV also has regular cable to enjoy from the Spectrum TV app.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Heather was very polite, professional and helpful. Overall, we liked the community and size of the condo. There were a few issues with cleanliness, leaks that caused wet ceiling tiles, trash receptacles that were too small and numerous spiders (on the bottom floor). View was great, and a quick walk to the beach. I’m sure the issues we noticed will be remedied with Heather’s involvement.

Loved the condo. We’ve stayed at probably 6 other condos in Tar Landing over the last 40 years and this was our favorite. Best view in the whole complex. The beds already being made was a nice extra touch. Heather was great to work with and very helpful. Can’t wait till next year.

My family and I came down from Montana and this was the perfect size house for all of us. We enjoyed the property and being able to wake up and look at the ocean. The property manager Heather was awesome and very helpful. All in all a wonderful place to stay on vacation.

This was not our first time staying at this property. It is just as advertised with plenty of space for a family with children to spread out. The place is always clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and the views are amazing. Property manager is wonderful to work with. Very responsive and helpful! We will surely be back again!

Great property with even better location. Very clean and linens and towels were plentiful! Kitchen is well stocked but they could replace some of the pans that have the finish coming off. VERY small kitchen, so use it wisely! Loved the 2nd fridge downstairs, the filtered water at the kitchen sink and the amazing views. Thanks for sharing your property with us again (also stayed in 2020).

We had an amazing stay! The only thing we’d say needs to be improved is the age of the TV and remotes. I don’t even think they need to be upgraded to the newest models, but at least a few years newer! Other than that everything was absolutely stunning!!

4 couples were very comfortable with full/queens and private baths. Sitting areas accommodated us as well. Kitchen well equipped. Comfy beds for all. We were pleasantly surprised that the condo was a convenient walk to the beautiful beach.

We had 2 babies, 2 kids, and 4 adults and this was a great spot! You couldn’t ask for a shorter walk to the beach, and the view itself is nice. The beds were comfortable and we felt we could truly spread out. The rental was clean. We’d stay here again!

Another amazing vacation at Atlantic beach NC. Check in was simple, Heather made everything perfect. I called her with a few little problems, and she sent out Andy right away, and took care it things immediately. . Plenty of space for our family, with room left over.

My friends and I stayed for a weekend wedding and we had a great time at this place! The house has a ton of beds and plenty of space to get ready! It’s right by the beach and in a great location! Dealing with Heather was a pleasure as well! I would highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay at Tar Landing 408! The layout was perfect for our big family group! Lots of room and space for all to relax! The condo was neat and beautifully decorated! We enjoyed the swing on the deck and the view of the ocean. It is convenient to Fort Macon for fishing! We would stay here again! Heather the property manager was fantastic and on point with any help we needed!

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Very convenient to go to the beach and the pool. It was the best location of the complex. The lighting in the condo was great, but might need an up date on a few fans and fixtures, but that’s just an opinion from a lighting girl. My daughter asked if we could stay at this condo every time we come. So I would say it was a great mini vacation for our family and friends. ❤️❤️

We stayed with our 4 grown children and their families. Kitchen was a little small but well equiped incuding blender. If you don't like Teflon bring your own skillet. Having 2 refrigerators was wonderful! Felt safe in the gated community. Parking was a pain because we had more that 2 cars and only permitted 2 car passes. Pool was great! Wonderful view of ocean. Grandkids loved the downstairs room that had the 4 adorable beds.
