Enjoy all of these activities from your vacation home at the beautiful Kings Crown condo complex. This three bedroom two bathroom spacious home has everything you need to sit back and relax. Enjoy the spacious floor plan, large kitchen, screened lanai overlooking the pool and views of the gulf. Cook your fresh catch or just reheat your leftovers from one of Sanibel’s fabulous restaurants in the spacious kitchen. Your guest can choose from one of two guest rooms, the first with two comfy twin beds or the second with a comfortable queen. The master bedroom suite has a soothing color scheme, king sized bed and walk in closet. With its bright tropical color scheme, spacious living and dining area, beautiful views and amazing location Kings Crown is the perfect getaway. 2 Week Minimum Nov 15th thru May 1st 1 Week rentals available May-Nov 14th Kingfisher Vacations will only book reservations up to 51 weeks in advance. All our properties have contact free check-in, no need to stop at the office (or a stop light none of those here)! 20-21435 *** Enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds of the Kings Crown complex as you play tennis or simply relax by the heated pool. Wonderful area and a great property. We did miss not having a hot tub around the pool. Knew that when we booked so nobody’s fault but our own. Overall great vacation. Still gets a 5/5 from us.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our very first trip to Sanibel Island! The condo was spacious & beautiful, well stocked kitchen (even had a keurig!!) and it even came with all the items needed for a beach day, right down to sand toys for my granddaughter. The pool was amazing and usually never crowded. A very short walk to the most beautiful beach, where we spent almost all our time. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores! I honestly can’t say enough fantastic things about this amazing condo! My family can’t wait to come back!

This is an awesome condo on a great location My Husband, mother, three year old daughter and I recently spent 17 days staying on Sanibel in this condo. It was terrific. The condo was spacious and well taken care of. The grounds at Kings Crown were well kept, close to the beach and the pool and tennis courts were well maintained. The condo was also close to grocery stores, great running, nature trails and good restaurants. We already booked again for next year.

Love this property
Location was amazing , plenty of space for the six of us! Kitchen well equipped , even has a Keurig in addition to a regular coffee maker. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the island.

The swimming pool was a great size and always very clean. Even though we were there on memorial Day weekend, the condo did not feel overly crowded. Sanibel, itself, though, was quite busy. So glad we chose to rent a unit in a condo with private beach access. The public beach access areas on Sanibel Island were always very crowded and parking was extremely limited. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted to. We called the property management company twice during our stay for small questions, and they always responded quickly and kindly. Super pleased with our stay and this condo.

Plenty of room for up to 6 people. Spacious kitchen, living room, and balcony area, nicely decorated in relaxed colors, no excess decorating, well equipped with cooking tools. Loved having the pool and being steps to beach. Quiet property.

This condo was absolutely beautiful. It was in a great location and was so quiet. The porch/patio was sooo nice and comfortable. The people were so nice. We were there during Tropical Storm Eta. The rental company called to check on us. Highly recommend. Hope to go back. ❤️

It was a very nice property and the location was great. The only problem we had was that the owners asked that the air conditioning not be set lower than 75 and it was very warm for the size and arrangement of the condo.

Summer Getaway
The property was spacious, clean and situated in a great location. You had everything in the unit to help us enjoy our stay. Access to the pool and beach was very convenient. It was a peaceful getaway and we loved the Island Atmosphere.

Paradise
This was a first trip to Sanibel. I would recommend (and already have) this rental to family and friends. The AC stoped working and the manager was out with a crew to fix it within a few hours. Great service. We hope to rent this condo again in the future!!

As a family who has traveled to Sanibel multiple times, we are glad we found this condo. The layout was spacious, furniture comfortable and access to the beach and pool easy. We will be back, the only question is for how long? :)

Excellent experience on Sanibel
Very spacious & comfortable. All beach amenities are provided, including sand toys for children. Condo and complex are very well maintained. Kingfisher Vacations was promptly responsive to our minor maintenance requests. We and our guests had wonderful vacations. We would definitely consider renting this unit on a future trip.

As advertised.
The VRBO photos for this unit are accurate. Nice location on West Gulf Drive. Short walk to the beach. Nice pool. Exterior and grounds are well maintained. Short drive/walk/bike to grocery store. Sanibel Island is fantastic.
The condo itself has 3 bedrooms. The Master is good sized but the other two bedrooms are a bit small. The layout of the family/great room, kitchen and dining area is great and optimizes the exterior view. One problem with the layout - there is not an area where 5 or 6 people can sit together and eat. The dining table has 4 chairs, the counter area has 4 chairs and the lanai has a patio table with 4 chairs. Somewhat unusual for a 3 bedroom unit.
