Situated in Pigeon Forge, this charming house for $220 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Cozy Pigeon Meadow house on the Little Pigeon River, located minutes away from the five-mile strip. What better way than to wake up in the morning, sipping a glass of coffee on the back deck overlooking the river, going out back to play beanbag toss or basketball in the front area. Can't beat that!!! To get to Gatlinburg, we are just 11 miles away, 2 miles to The Island in Pigeon Forge, and 5 miles to Dollywood. We are close enough to all the fun attractions for you and your family to enjoy! Cozy Pigeon Meadow house is a 3 bedroom w/ xtra bonus room/bedroom, 3 bath home set on the Pigeon Forge River with a secluded walking path along the river and throughout the meadow with large canopies of trees. There is a covered picnic area a stone's throw away from the house. Fishing, bicycling and kayaking is just a few steps away (bring your poles, gear and kayaks). We are an easy 2 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge, without the mountain type roads for your easy access. This beautiful home features all the amenities you need and a fully equipped kitchen (just bring groceries). Coffee is provided for you! Our home provides a "great room" environment and features that includes: gas log fireplace in the living room, 4 flatscreen TV's with blu ray players for each with family fun DVD's provided. We provide cable TV and free 75MB wi-fi. Beddings & towels are provided. Cozy Pigeon Meadow house will sleep 9. Kids Friendly cabin. There is covered parking for 4 vehicles underneath and 2 in driveway. Unfortunately, basketball hoop was swept away from a flood and now permanently banned from HOA due to liabilities. The river beside the house provides great water play, slow current to relax in or float down river to many attractions. There is biking, hiking, grillin' out the front door. Minutes away from days of fun attractions and dining experiences in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Remember to book your “in this cabin massage” with Gatlinburg Mobile Massage.

We have family in Indiana and we are in SC so this is our meeting place in Pigeon Forge to celebrate Christmas together and enjoy some family Fun together. The house was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay!! We hope to use this beautiful home for many more visits!!! Thank you so much!!

Upon entering front porch, furniture very old. Could not sit in it. Main level had several issues. Fireplace broken with a hand written note, front bedroom ceiling had leak stains that had not been repaired. Front bedroom has no closet. Front bedroom bathroom shower liner torn and falling down. Electrical outlet in front bedroom falling out. Wash machine very loud. Full beds in downstairs tight for two people. Upstairs master bedroom, shower very tiny and fan does not work. Tiny bed attached to main upstairs bedroom usable by small child.
Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house.

We stayed here for a sister's reunion and women's conference. The owner was very polite and helpful. Five of us stayed. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with dishes, cookware, tools. There is a Keurig but no coffee pot and k-cups were provided.
The home is along a quiet stretch of river in a quite neighborhood only a short drive from the main Blvd. strip. The location couldn't have been nicer.

The house was very nice. The kitchen is missing several things- potholders, dishes for serving , no frying pan that doesn’t stick. Refrigerator continues to leak- ruined some of our food. Only coffee maker is single serving- we prefer areal coffee pot.
When reserving they added an additional guest charge $ 160.00 besides cleaning fees and security fees. I think if it is a cabin for 8 it shouldn’t charge so much more——😉😉

The house was clean decorated nicely. We loved how everything was 5 mins away or less from where we stayed. If I needed to ask the managers a question, they would respond quickly. The only downside was mattress downstairs in one of the bedrooms and not enough skillets, but overall we had a really nice time!!

This place is convenient yet out of the hussle and bussle of Pigeon Forge. This was out second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. It was very clean and homey. It could use a few more cooking untinsils and extra toilet paper in the bathrooms. Other than that we had zero complaints. We highly recommend this property.

The location was great and the host was responsive. The house had everything we needed. Our only negative was having to keep the downstairs cold to cool the upstairs. It helped closing the downstairs bedroom vent so it wasn't so cold in that room
(We had a medical health emergency and the ambulance was there in 5 minutes!)

Upon arrival, we noticed one of the back doors did not open. One of the beds in the upstairs bedroom was literally falling apart. There were dirty dishes put up in the cabinets. One of the toilet seats were broke. There was a hole in the couch cushion right in the center. The TV didn’t work we had to hook up the wires to get it going.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was clean, nice, and cool. We loved drinking our coffee on the balcony over looking the river where we saw fish jumping, geese, and wild life. The only reason it wasn't perfect was that the beds were not comfortable to us, but everyone likes different types of mattresses. I have lupus and so I really need comfort when sleeping. The bathrooms were beautiful and amazing showerheads. We truly did love the property and we appreciated the K-cups that were there as an emergency cup of coffee until we purchased our own. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Our family had a couple in their 60's, couple in their 40's, a couple in their 20's, and our daughter who is 18. Great for all of us.

The property is better than in the pictures. The creek is a great feature to let kids explore and get wet. Be sure to bring water shoes. All attractions are with 30 min and super easy to get to. The only thing that was not provided that is usually in most house rentals are hangers. Overall, really great house and location.

Our stay was wonderful. The view from the back deck overlooking the river was beautiful and we were greeted with the view of ducks, geese and even a heron every morning. The house itself was clean and provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy bedrooms. The location was perfect, with nearby attractions and activities to explore. This rental is an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway.

The water pressure in the back bedroom is very low, The upstairs bedroom is too warm when the rest of the house is cofortable.The ice maker must leak because there was a thin sheet of ice on two of the shelves in the refrigerator. the fluorescent light fixture is missing the cover making it super bright in the kitchen and the light on the microwave that is intended for the surface of the stove is out.

Loved this house. It had the right enough beds and bathrooms for me and my friends. The location was great just a short drive to the Parkway. We loved being by the river and enjoyed walking along there. If there is anything I would say that is negative would be that the bed I slept in was a bit hard and the place could use a more comfortable couch but that is no way ruined anything about this house and I can't wait to stay there again some day.

This home was a great place to stay for our Dollywood trip! The host was easy to communicate with and even sent us help quickly when we locked ourselves out of the bathroom! We did find remnants from previous guests in the trash cans and crumbs throughout but overall it was a great experience!

My niece qualified for a sporting event and we were scrambling to find a rental that would fit all of our needs. The home was clean, easily found and in a nice neighborhood. I had an issue signing into the app due to phone service, but contacted the owner via email. She was very prompt in reply and easy to work with. I had the check-in code, etc within minutes of contacting her.
We had zero complaints (other than my sister wanted my room with the best view). Would stay here again.

Everything about this home was amazing. Being able to walk outside and see the lake while it snowed was beautiful. The owners left easy to follow instructions on how to get to the home. My family will definitely be coming back to stay here.
