Located only a couple miles from public lands where you can use your ATV, snowmobile, go hunting, biking or hiking. There are two towns within 10 miles which offer great ammenities such as; grocery stores, restaurants (Sports bar, Mexican, gourmet pizza, fast food), gas stations, espresso stands, hardware stores, bars, 18 hole golf course and a casino among many others. My fiancé and I stayed at Renae’s home on Waiits Lake to celebrate his birthday. This is my second stay. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The weather was perfect and the fish were jumping. Renae is very responsive to questions and actually stopped by to help with the TV. The casino in Chewelah is a short drive and a fun place to visit. We enjoyed a fire by the water, sitting on the dock. a soak in the hot tub and a walk around the lake. I highly recommend staying at Renae’s.

My wife and twin daughters stayed at Renae’s property and had a fantastic time. She was super easy to communicate with and the place was very nice. We all had a great time and would definitely book again!

The property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. This home is beautiful. Great lake view and it was furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Great for fishing, enjoying the hot tub and relaxing on the deck. We enjoyed visiting around the fire pit and the beautiful view from the deck and time with our family. We loved it! I would highly recommend this home and hope we can come back again.

This house is amazing!! The house is very cute. It’s right on the lake!! We went during the cold season. The hot tub was very relaxing!! It was just me and my husband and another couple!! You can easy fit 9 people!! I am definitely coming back again!!

My husband and I loved our stay at Renae's place! It is very roomy! Awesome to sit on the covered deck and enjoy looking at the lake. Dock and water area were both great! Hot tub was lovely. Place was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet getaway was perfect for all. Golf was a short distance for some of our group. Dinner at Valley Drop Tine was great place to meet up. The property was clean, comfortable and had a nice stock of games. Made some great memories.

This is our second annual stay at this property and it is such a treat. We love the lake and the property is so nice. The hot tub is wonderful, the dock is great to fish from or launch our paddle boards, and the house fits our family of 4 perfectly.

We loved this place so much last summer we had to come back and hope to make this a yearly occurrence! It’s great to swim off the dock and then hop in the hot tub once you get cold. Grown ups enjoyed the two bed rooms and the kids thought sleeping on the sofa beds was super cool. The kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks again!

The house was absolutely perfect sitting on the lake kitchen was absolutely stocked. They have a fire pit and a hot tub that met our needs. Communication was great and we couldn’t ask for a more perfect rental.

This home was the perfect place for us to relax and put our kayaks on the lake. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with anything you need for cooking your meals. The ducks came to visit each day as well as the turtles and quail. Fishing would be an excellent activity. We enjoyed sitting around the firepit in the evening. We did go to town for a few things. It's very close and convenient. This lake home is a great place to stay, play and relax.
