Situated in Rio Del Mar, this charming condo for $405 per night is a great choice for your next break. The perfect post -shelter in place getaway for your family! We take cleaning very seriously and have a well established routine with our professional housekeepers to clean and sanitize following CDC guidelines. Villa #20 is located on the quiet prestigious North Bluff within the Seascape Resort in Aptos. Close to championship golfing, great shopping, restaurants and a few steps away from one of the best beaches on the West Coast. Top floor, so no one above you, close enough to the pool and hot tub to capture a corner view while enjoying the Ocean View both to the south and the north of beautiful Monterey Bay. Enjoy the beautiful Ocean view, spectacular sunsets the sound of the surf, and pure relaxation from either of the 2 private balconies while sipping on your favorite beverage, Cozy up next to the fireplace after a relaxing day enjoying the many amenities this Resort and the surrounding areas have to offer. This Villa includes: On the first floor: Fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances (in case you feel like cooking) the dining area is large enough to comfortably seat 6, plus a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, a corner gas burning fireplace to cozy up to, a comfortable queen size sofa sleeper, new laminate flooring on the first floor, flat screen TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi access, a Blue-tooth stereo player so you can connect to Pandora or your favorite music and listen thru built in ceiling speakers. plus a new Weber BBQ. and 1/2 bath. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 1 Master Suite with balcony, (you can leave your sliding door open to enjoy the sounds of the surf, and the soft ocean breeze) plus a large second bedroom , both with comfy new king size mattresses, carpeting on the floors of the bedrooms and stairs, each bedroom has it's own private full bath with tile floors, TVs and DVD players. Washer and Dryer are also located on the 2nd floor. Cathedral ceilings add to the ambiance. All decorated in a comfortable beach decor. Challenge your friends to a round of golf at the Seascape Golf Course, a PGA rated 18 hole course located just around the corner. Or... take a walk down the meandering path to the beach and let the soft sand massage your feet as you walk along the coastline of the Monterey Bay. You also have access to the fitness facility check on cost per day per person, paid when you check in at the fitness club. This is a privately owned Villa. Food service delivery from Sanderlings Restaurant is not available, nor are the beach fires provided by the Resort or cart rides to the beach.

Wonderful stay at Sue's property. It was a rainy stay, but enjoyed the fireplace, view of the Pacific and heated pool and spa. Everything needed and more was provided from kitchen untensils/appliances to beach toys/towels/chairs/wagon, etc. And as the title implies, the space was immaculately clean and comfortable!

This was a great property and had everything you need. Very Clean and well taken care of. I will definitely book again! The only problem was a delay at check in as housekeeping was running about an hour behind, but it was such a beautiful day to explore the property I didn't mind.

We could not ask for a more beautiful, clean, cutely decorated vacation condo. It was equipped with everything we needed and then some. We loved the view off the balconies overlooking the pool. The beds were so comfortable and walk to the beach was just a short beautiful hike away. We had the most wonderful view of the ocean. The sunsets were spectacular and deers in the distance were such a great bonus. I can’t wait to come back again…

We were two couples and everything was perfect. This property has two bedrooms with two king beds, TV's in both rooms and bathrooms a plenty. Clean, great view and Sue was very accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful and updated nicely as shown in the photo's. We love the proximity to the pool, beach and restaurants. Communication with the property owners was fantastic and they were able to accommodate a last minute change to our dates which was very much appreciated. We do an annual spring beach trip and would definitely stay at this property again. We had a wonderful time!

We have stayed at Seascape multiple times, booking both privately and through the resort directly. We like the quiet vibe of the North side and this unit was our favorite so far. It was SPOTLESS clean, very well appointed, tastefully decorated and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and easy. Awesome stay, great place. Bravo!

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the large and loud party at the resort which made it hard to sleep one night. We called the front desk but they never answered the phone.

Condo gave us great space for 4 adults. Beach access via trail - gorgeous beach - we saw dolphins from the beach as we walked in the evening. Lots of fog this time of year - you can drive 1/4 mile inland and sunny - or into Santa Cruz - may be sunny - we got some sun breaks here as well. Pool and jacuzzi on property are nice, easy access from this unit (20). No extras in kitchen - except salt & pepper - but plenty of dishes etc. . Great communication from unit owner. Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk amusement park was terrific if you have folks interested in some classic rides.

The property was perfect for walking down to the ocean. It was very close to the redwood forest as well as a short drive to Santa Cruz and Monterey. Very clean, quiet and beautiful, with everything we needed nearby. We will rent here again.

We stayed at Villa #20 at Seascape Resort 3/26/22 thru 4/2/22. Had a great time, condo was nice. It was very clean and had most of the amenities we needed. Weather was cool that week so we didn't get to use the beach but did enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. Thank you Sue.
