Great location, clean, great host! Hope to come back! Enjoyed Lake Michigan, Petters gallery and wine, high end merch, brewery, soo many antique shops, saw deer, rabbits and the beautiful fall foliage. Sunset at oval beach is a must.

The cottage is so cozy and wonderfully finished. The location is great. We were easily able to walk into downtown or hop in the car for a quick drive to the beach. The property manager was kind, welcoming, and attentive. We highly recommend.

This pretty beach themed cottage and truely beautiful garden enchanted me and my fiancé. I surely would return again. I regained my serenity and piece of mind in this magical place. I love it and Wilma was a great host!

This cute cottage is exactly as advertised. It was very clean and equipped with most amenities you might need. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We felt very welcomed and we’re given a rundown of the history of the cottage and what is the local area offered. The backyard gardens were beautiful and such a joy to wake up to every morning. I would not hesitate to rent this historic cottage.

It was so wonderful staying in this cottage. We didn’t need much because we were gallivanting around town, so coming back to a quaint peaceful haven was exactly what we needed. Wilma offered great suggestions on restaurants and things to do and we did all of them - we can attest that her recommendations were perfect. We certainly plan to come back to visit and we certainly plan to stay here again. Also, her garden is a dream!!! Listening to the fountain in the early morning set us up for a lovely day and a relaxed night.

We had a small high school class reunion and chose Saugatuck as a destination. My partner and I stayed here and our classmates booked cottages all within a 10 minute walk of each other and the downtown shops. Everything was a peaceful, beautiful, short walk the whole weekend long. (Aside from the 5 minute drive to Oval Beach and kayaking in Douglas). This is a tiny little space but has been furnished and set up to perfection. It's got great light, is quiet, and scenic. It has all of the charm and we loved staying here so much! :) Thanks!!

We greatly enjoyed our few days at this lovely cottage. It is very much as described in the listing - clean, charmingly decorated, and efficiently organized. Communication with our kind and gracious host was smooth and easy, and we had the pleasure of meeting her. The cottage was in a most beautiful garden, very peaceful, and also well located close to the many fun activities of Saugatuck village. Would recommend as a great stay.

A charming cottage stocked with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. I loved hearing about the history from our host Wilma. She provided wonderful dining options and activities to check out while staying in Saugatuck. The location was perfect, a close walk to town yet far enough away that the surroundings were serene. The pictures do not do this place justice and hope to return in the future!

This little cottage is so cute and welcoming. The back patio is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a stunning fountain. We walked to Saugatuck a couple times each day. We also walked to Douglas as well. Walking to Saugatuck in the evenings and felt safe. Wilma is just a gem as well. So kind and very concerned that we had everything we needed. We had a fabulous time. There is no range for cooking which we hadn't planned on cooking anyway. Microwave and coffee pots. Clean towels and very nicely decorated. We would definitely stay again. Loved it!!

A perfect home base for a Mother Daughter getaway! Walked into town (10 minutes) for dinner every night. 3 miles from every other destination (Oval Beach, Douglas ) . The backyard was a sanctuary! Very Clean. The Cottage is the size of a hotel room but with a large outdoor space.
