I have a lot of complaints. I call the office about the bad smell as we walked in. It smelled like dead fish. The condo was totally outdated. Blind were falling apart and would t close all the way No clothes basket to take your laundry downstairs to clean. Skillet was so bad that we would not use it because it was in very bad condition. Needs painted. Carpet in the bedroom was so dirty I took pictures if you want to see what I am talking about. There's more issues

After an initial difficulty having the right codes for the door and gate, it got resolved quickly with a phone call, the unit could use a bit of updating, but it was clean and had a great view of the beach and the Gulf. Stores, shops, and restaurants are close by also. This was our first trip to this area, we usually go somewhere around Siesta Key, but it was a nice change from the crowds, since we had a private beach area. This was our annual “Birthaversary” trip, since my wife and I have the same bdays and it’s our anniversary, may try to go for 2 weeks next year!

The unit is perfect for the family of two or with kids. The balcony view is great!! Very convenient. The building is having two spacious elevators. Nice pool. Pretty easy to communicate with the owner. We received the instruction and door cods prior to our vacation. Have no problems or any issue getting in to the unit at the arrivals time. The only one thing we were missing is the wifi. Planning to reserve the same unit for the next year.

The first major issue was the LACK of pool passes that were not provided for the first five days. Seriously I had to ask to be let into the pool and borrow a pass if I needed to use the restroom. Huge inconvenience for five days. I was asked to pay for the pool passes and then I would be reimbursed. That’s not gonna happen the owner is paying a management company. The television worked 1day , no instructions. I was told to call Comcast. When I did finally figure it out the next day it wouldn’t work! One garbage bag for a week not acceptable. Two rolls of tp. How cheap! Two of the bathmats were filthy. I wouldn’t even step on them. My friend left she was so frustrated she flew home early. I spent more time than I ever should have had to as a guest trying to get pool passes and the TV to work. I was told the unit would be inspected before check in. Obviously this wasn’t done or they would have realized the pool passes were missing. I honestly need to be compensated for my time and the simple lack of handling issues that were NOT my responsibility! You don’t advertise for a TV if you don’t have one that works or know how to get it to work . I will say the management company was good to work with . Not a great experience at all!

No bugs! Cracked tile pieces leading outside, stains on couch, carpet was filthy, dust from fan stuck on ceiling, tile grout pure black, shower curtain dirty with soap scum etc, blinds were broken and laid behind dresser, outlet cover broken. Very little useful kitchen goods. Needs some tlc Disappointment since the view is beautiful. Up to 1.5 hours to get 5 miles near shopping at other end of island

We loved the setting. We listened to the waves and had a perfect view of the sunset over the gulf. We had perfect weather everyday. There was a problem with our door code, but the rental agency was responsive to our phone calls and finally gave us one that worked. The condo was comfortable for us but is in need of some repairs. The slats from the blinds are missing in quite a few spots. The bathtub was kind of grungy, the tiles are breaking in a few spots on the floor and the closet door in the bedroom was off.

Infested with roaches Kitchen floor so dirty , I personally had to mop upon check in. Shower curtain liner was filthy. Closet door missing. Window blinds missing slates that I tried to repair myself. Called Managment co. Sunday and left message with no response.

My husband and I spent 20 nights at this rental. Jerry was an awesome host and was very helpful. We had everything we needed in the condo. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking.We loved watching the dolphins play and the beautiful sunsets. We will definitely be back. The Courtneys

Nice location. Unfortunately, there were cockroaches and some other small bugs. Toilet is is not seated to the floor. Was only given a half roll of toilet paper (we arrived on Thanksgiving, not a lot open). We cleaned before we left and stripped the bed to discover a very gross mattress. It's essentially a studio apt. Owner is nice and very quick to reply. However, when I mentioned the cockroaches. He said he was unaware. However, we later discovered a can of raid for Roaches under the sink.Was only offered a simple, sorry. I will visit the area again but, will find another rental.

We LOVE the Estero Beach and Tennis Club and especially this unit. We have stayed in this unit before and the king-size bed and extra large kitchen w/eating area works great for us. The view from the balcony is magnificent. Thank you for a wonderful vacation accommodation!

We really enjoyed the condo. The views and fully stocked kitchen were fantastic. The room was clean on arrival. A broken tile on the floor should have been replaced before we arrived. It is a hazard to small children. The check in process was a bit confusing. All in all we had a great time and would stay there again.

Located on the fifth floor directly facing the ocean the views from this condo are second to none. The condo itself needs some updating . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Old appliances-fridge is dented & rusted; Old pots n pans with coating coming off; No knife set; Dining plates do not match; 22" TV for entire condo; Carpet is extremely matted down & horribly filthy; No beach chairs (old & broken). No working fan in bathroom; Missing blind wands in BR-they are stuffed behind dresser(limited privacy); No table on balcony(where everyone likes to hang out); Mattress makes creaking noises! TOTAL SLUM LORD-takes money & puts NOTHING back into property! Keep looking for a better condo!!!!!

The view is what made this trip. We love the area and it is an easy walk to the beach and pool. The first night was rough, the room was not clean. Jerry made it right though. The condo needs updating.

This condo was perfect for us. We extended our trip and stayed 4 extra days to make up for a few tropical storm days we missed at the beach (and because we hated to leave). Great little restaurants and shops across the street, coffee on the balcony watching dolphins. We were surprised we didn’t even miss WiFi in the room, as we used the free lobby WiFi for the times we needed access. The condo is not as completely renovated as others in the building, maybe, but it was perfect for us and we hope to return, soon. Very kind and attentive owner. 5 stars. Thank you
