This new ten bedroom luxury property features spacious sleeping quarters, each with its own private bathroom and large 4K SMART TV. Additionally. The property is equipped with a heated pool, outdoor bar and lounge, and of course, private beach access. The ground level offers beautiful outdoor enjoyment with a large pool, dining & lounge areas, outdoor shower, and full outdoor bar complete with sink and grill area. Stay warm in the fall and winter with an outdoor propane fireplace among the outdoor seating. The openly planned main floor can be accessed via the property's full sized elevator or one of two main staircases. The spacious main floor offers a living room, kitchen with generous butler’s pantry and center island, and large dining area, all brought together with a 20ft floor to ceiling glass door system providing uninterrupted views of the Atlantic leads out to the partially covered large ocean side deck. Four bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, a powder room and laundry room complete the first floor. Ascent the stairs (or elevator) to the second floor, which houses six additional bedrooms, including two luxurious master suites featuring king beds and private bathrooms with rain showers and jet tubs. All beds in the property are paired with top of the line memory foam tempurpedic mattresses. Back outside, the second floor boasts both a street side deck, as well as a private master deck complete with sweeping ocean views and a dining area for year-round enjoyment. Soak in the sunshine and island beauty while reclining in comfort. The home is equipped with two washers, two dryers, three refrigerators, ice machine, tankless water heaters, high speed wireless internet, and much, much more. Finally, this property is fully wheelchair accessible. The elevator was handpicked for accommodating wheelchairs large & small, and 2 of the 10 bedrooms (one on each floor) are wheelchair friendly with walk-in showers and ADA doorways. The house was very lovely- lots of space including a very substantial deck and a nice shaded pool. Refrigerators were everywhere. Appreciated all of the outdoor furniture and games/puzzles. Kitchen could have used more utensils and some plastic kids sets (plates, cups, silverware). Our family ate all our meals on deck - beautiful sunsets every evening and lots of ocean breezes

Check in and communication was great. This is an annual gathering of 3 siblings and families. Group is 12 - 25. This year we had 13 so the house was MORE than enough.

We rented the house for a family reunion and loved it. First time at OIB. The house has plenty of room, beautiful views from both levels, and a short walk to the pier area for ice cream and putt putt golf. The kitchen is stocked with any appliances you might need. We would definitely rent it again!

We had an amazing stay at the Pineapple Beach Club. There were a few things that weren't quite right when we arrived (it seemed like the house was not all the way ready for the season), but it was super easy to communicate to the hosts and they took care of everything as quickly as possible. This house was great for our huge family and was the perfect place to enjoy a week at Ocean Isle Beach

This house has it all, each bedroom has its own bath, lots of social gathering areas for conversation and connection as well as peaceful walks along the beach just out your door. The kitchen has double everything, double refrigerators double stove double sinks you name it fabulous place to gather in the kitchen and connect and cook as a family

Great house for our group ranging from 1-84 years. Kitchen with 3 refrigerators and a heavy duty ice maker was a game changer. We cooked in every night and the kitchen and dining areas easily accommodated our group of 13 adults and 6 children. We had a couple minor mechanical issues and all were tended to promptly. LOVE that there are outdoor safety gates preventing our little ones from "escaping". The pool under the deck is really great- it's shaded and a good option for super hot days. The house was clean, but I gave a 4 rating above because the sofas in the living room were stained. One, with a slipcover was pretty ratty. BUT all in all a great trip and would book again. One last thing- the house is next to a busy public access to the beach. Get out there early and stake your spot! That being said, it was easy to have a nice area just steps from the house to relax on the beach. Also, bring umbrellas as pop-up cabanas are a no-go at OIB

We celebrated my mother’s 80th birthday at the Pineapple Beach Club. The place is fantastic! We set up tables by the pool and had dinner there twice-magical! Kitchen is very well stocked and wonderful for a crowd. So many nice details about the home

Absolutely loved this property! Perfect for the group of women I brought with me. Linda with McClure Realty was incredibly amazing both before and during our stay. The house i0s beautiful, clean, and very well supplied from kitchen items to lots of beach towels. The upper and lower decks overlooked the ocean and clean, white sandy beaches. There are 2 showers on the walkway to the beach and a covered pool where we could escape from the sun. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Overall it was a great property! The owners were very responsive to issues. It is a very busy area on the beach with public access beside the property. We had other people setting up large groups of chairs at the base of our steps. lots of foot traffic. The house was awesome but could use some TLC.

The house and location were perfect. We had 11 adults and 10 children ranging from 2 to 19 and great grandma who does not share her age. I have to give kudos to maintenance. Whenever we called - whether because the fire pit was out of gas or one of the stove tops was acting up - Nick, the maintenance man, was there in 5 minutes. And when we asked him to take a family picture for us he graciously took about 30 on his own phone and emailed them to me.. Nick deserves a bonus! I have rented thru vrbo for years. It has always been a good experience but the maintenance- minimal though it was - was amazing .

Overall, this property is great. We spent a long weekend in December at the Pineapple Beach Club and had a fantastic time. The house is large enough to handle more than 20 adults and 10 kids. The heated pool was extra nice and the kitchen is great too.
