Situated in Woodland Hills, this lovely cabin for $114 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Our Guest Cottage is located just south of the Woodland Hills Country Club, in a quiet, safe neighborhood that feels like a world away from the busy city life, but is in fact only minutes from stores, restaurants, and entertainment. This neighborhood has attracted well-known artists of the movie and music industry since the early 1920s and this property was owned by the "Marilyn Monroe" of the silent movies, Clara Bow. Due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic, please be assured that we are disinfecting all surfaces, as well as using a ozone air purifier between guests for your protection. Newly renovated, comfortable 500 sqft guest cottage offers Italian travertine in the bathroom, luxurious, all natural queen size pull-out couch bed and a king bed. Inviting decor, full kitchen, private patio, or deck, wireless DSL. YouTube TV, HBO, or Cinemax, Amazone Prime Movies and Netflix provided. With access to a beautiful pool, in a tropical setting as part of the half-acre estate, this romantic cottage truly offers everything necessary for a memorable, comfortable stay. Perfectly situated, only 30 minutes from Malibu, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Universal Studios & under 1 hour from Disney Land and Magic Mountain and just over 1 hour to Santa Barbara. The Mulholland Scenic Corridor and its hiking trails are in walking distance, just around the corner, attracting mountain biker's and hikers alike. Minutes away from Old Town Calabasas with its historic buildings, hanging tree and many rustic stores, restaurants, and a farmers market every weekend. We are family friendly and hopefully, we'll have an opportunity to welcome you to our little piece of paradise, sometime soon. Property was as described; however we noticed ants upon arrival in the bathroom. We contacted owner who immediately brought some traps. Then on the morning of our departure the ants were all over the kitchen. No open food was left out. Drowned as many as I could in the sink but they were everywhere!

Lovely property
This was a lovely property. We were delayed flight wise and got in late at night and it was a little difficult to find the entrance but other than that it was great. The pool was pristine and we used it often. Had little nieces visit and swim and it was wonderful. Could have used more towels and such as we were there for 10 days but I am sure if we asked they would have provided more supplies but we didn’t want to bother the owners. Washing machine available. Would stay again. Very comfortable in a beautiful area. Just lovely.

Great place!
We had an excellent time! It was nice to have the kitchen, outdoor grill and deck, and living room. The owners were great -- even met us on the road so we could find their place (the place was a bit difficult to find, especially at first in the dark). The property was lovely, and the area was a cute area.

We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage has its own deck with a gorgeous view! The home is located in a great neighborhood and within walking distance to hiking trails. The kitchen is well stocked and great for cooking your own meals as well as barbecuing. And the pool and spa are awesome!! Great stay!!

I can't say enough about this place. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Worked for much of my time here and the internet was fast and reliable. The private deck was huge and the hot tub hit the spot on a cool evening! Loved this place and hope to come back.

My sister-in-law and I stayed here for a long weekend while visiting my daughter. The place was very quaint

Stayed here to visit with family nearby in November and it was lovely! Very clean and well-kept. Lots of thoughtful touches like a space heater, shower that converts to a steam sauna, (sometimes when cool enough) salt water pool, and a hot tub that could be heated as needed. The owners were very responsive and available during our stay.
Cute, quiet neighborhood in the hills with some hiking trails in walking distance. Feels like being in Topanga Canyon. Love the spacious deck with a great view of the valley.
The king bed is comfy for a rental (I always want a firmer mattress, but that's me!) Lots of closet space and drawers to put clothes and items in so you don't have to rummage around in a suitcase to find things.
It's definitely on the smaller side, and the kitchen layout is a little funky, which isn't shown in the photos. It's challenging for more than 1 person to be working in the kitchen at a time. There's a breakfast nook with a table and 4 chairs opposite the fridge, and the wall of the bathroom is opposite the counter making the space tight.
Closest parking is on a steep, unpaved, somewhat slippery road. Our car doesn't have all-wheel drive and it spun out a few times trying to back out, which was a little stressy until we got the hang of it. We also had a couple of older folks come to visit and walking down the road to get to our place was a little dicey for them. If the road were paved, it would make things easier!
One very nice addition would be dimmer switches on the lights in the living room and kitchen (or lamps like the ones in the bedroom) for a cozier vibe at night.
Overall a great place to stay in the valley! We'll definitely be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, quaint and homey feel about it. Great location, markets are within a few miles. The place is very quiet, lovely sleeping bed.

The cottage was about a 40 minute drive to anywhere that we were interested in visiting (e.g., Malibu, Santa Monica, Hollywood), which made it a central location to stay. The space itself had everything we needed - the kitchen had sufficient utensils and cookware to make our meals, the private deck provided great extra space to enjoy the outdoors, and the pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The hosts were very responsive and were quick answer any questions that we had. I highly recommend the cottage to anyone who is looking for a quiet, convenient, and well maintained place to stay in the area!

Our long weekend in the valley
We came for a long weekend for my USC immersion. We used to live in the valley and have friends and family that live there, so we were able to have them stop by and visit us. it was a nice place to call home base while in town.

The location was excellent. The doors never locked but we never felt unsafe. The pool and amenities were excellent. Central to everything we wanted to do. AC ran beautifully. Would stay here again when in the area

Everything was there was needed including soap and shampoo, in fact if the airlines lost your luggage you would have everything you need except clothes. The space was great super quiet at night. Could not have had a better stay. Thank you so much!

We had a nice time staying at the cottage. The kids enjoyed the pool and the cottage has a huge deck. King bed was comfortable. We could have used a bit more room in the cottage for the 4 of us but much better than a hotel! Husband loved the steam shower!

The place is a gem!!! Meals on the deck, great time with our baby in what was practically our own saltwater pool, the steam shower was a real treat and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Super access to the main roads, grocery stores, etc. a short drive away, perfect starting point for scenic drives. We couldn’t have been happier.
The hosts were absolutely helpful and responsive when we had questions, all done through texting. They had great suggestions for activities and even invited us to a dance, a local 4th of July celebration, and lent us folding chairs to watch the fireworks.
The place was very clean and orderly and well equipped for prepping a quick meal when we weren’t eating out.

We had a nice time staying at the cottage. The kids enjoyed the pool and the cottage has a huge deck. King bed was comfortable. We could have used a bit more room in the cottage for the 4 of us but much better than a hotel! Husband loved the steam shower!
