The main level of this beautiful, newly decorated home greets you with a gated entry into the pool courtyard. The private pool area comes with toys, lounge chairs, outside dining, a wet bar & grilling station for family BBQ’s (pool can be heated for an additional fee). Open the front doors to find nothing short of an immaculate interior, high ceilings, & a gorgeous open living room space to accommodate all! Comfortable furniture is elegantly placed in the living area with a Smart TV. Sit back, relax, & stream your favorite music through the Bluetooth speakers in all common areas & pool courtyard! All TV’s are flat screen & offer streaming capabilities. When it comes to family time, we know it matters most & can be spent enjoying a friendly competitive game of pool, air hockey, foosball, darts, & family board games. The well-equipped kitchen comes with all the cookware & dishware needed to prepare a home-cooked cuisine for the whole family. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, Keurig, granite counters, dining area, & a breakfast bar for additional seating. For added convenience there is also a laundry room, half bath, & computer room. The 1st floor also boasts the Master King Suite with Designer furnishings, Smart TV, french doors leading to the pool patio, & a private bath. Unwind in the jacuzzi tub, or wash away the day in the walk-in shower. Two of the guest rooms are spaciously spread throughout the 2nd floor of this beautiful home with a Jack-&-Jill bathroom. The first room is a welcoming oasis with a queen bed. While the second guest room offers ample bedding with 2 twin beds & a queen bed. This guest room is attached to the bathroom. Both rooms share a balcony overlooking the pool. Media & magic are waiting at the top of the castle in the 3rd floor guest bedroom! It doubles as a media room & bunk room with a twin over full bunk, trundle bed, queen sleeper sofa, private bath & balcony with views of the lake, a PS3 & all the games needed for an indoor rainy-day competition! Finally, the Guest House located off the courtyard offers a king suite, private bath, mini fridge, & french doors leading to the pool area. All rooms offer an HDTV. The backyard is a wonderful place for hosting a large party, family reunion, or event, with plenty of outdoor dining, lounge areas & chairs, beautiful landscaping, & ample space. Destiny East is an exclusive gated community that offers several amenities including a clubhouse, 2 neighborhood pools, hot tub, fitness center, movie theater, tennis, basketball courts, BBQ area with outdoor kitchen, walking trails, & playground! The neighborhood is located on pedestrian & golf cart friendly Scenic 98. So you can walk down to the beach to catch a sunset or take a relaxing bike ride. Had a great time and plenty of space. With the additional guest house everyone had their own space but plenty of room for hanging out as well. Pool was great. Some of the extras like the pool table and ping pong were old and worn but did the job to occupy time.

12 Family members from 5 to 66 stayed 5 days and had the best time... there was plenty of room, games to play, and the heated pool was perfect for the cool nights. We had a great Christmas and made lots if memories.

This property was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect. They have this house supplied with everything you can think of. Only thing that needs to be checked out is the property golf cart. The golf cart ran fine from Friday to Monday. We didn’t get any use of it on Tuesday and Wednesday, I’m not sure what the issue was because we kept it on the charger but it wouldn’t even make it out of the neighborhood before it would die. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again myself. We loved it and enjoyed every second of our time there.

House was large enough for the entire family. We had everything we needed there and enough dishes to invite the US army for dinner:) family loved the pool and the pool table way more than I anticipated and we had the golf cart out the entire time. Loved our stay.

Golf cart broke down in the middle of traffic, golf cart flat tire at the beach, pool lights worked the 1st night then never turned back on, cockroaches all throughout the house, middle floor twin bed held together by electrical tape (bed broke), refrigerator leaks water and we kept stepping into a puddle, alarm system on main door consistently went off in the day and middle of the night! House looks great but never again.. We beach house in Jax and we held the same expectations that our guest expect. This was a disappointment.

Excellent home for family. Loved the swimming pool and the large kitchen. Everything was better than we anticipated. Rode the bikes every day. The golf cart was great for going to the beach and restaurants. Location to gates and club amenities was excellent. No complaints here.

This house was very spacious and worked out great for having all our family in one spot. Had 10 adults children and 4 grandkids. Large family space and loved the area and amenities. Many items in the home need updated and fixed. The management was great. Loved having a golf cart and we even rented another one.

We began planning this trip in 2021. We wanted a place that offered lots to do for all ages and this place did not disappoint. The only bummer was the weather. But, the cold weather made the beach sunsets even more breathtaking. We made many memories!

Our family of seven adults and three kids stayed at El Casa Grande for six days over the Thanksgiving holiday. It's tough to find a rental house with enough space, good layout (rooms that fit each family group), large enough living and dining space for our group at a reasonable price, and this house was perfect for our needs. The living area is so spacious, we were able to hang out there around the pool table and play games sitting in the tv/living area. The location is 3/4 mile from the beach so adults who wanted to could walk, and it was an easy golf cart ride for the kids. There are plenty of restaurants and activities within a 10 minute drive. There were a handful of things in poor condition when we arrived, a broken fooseball table and pool cue, some faucets that would leak unless you got them exactly right, drains that all needed drain, and other issues in the same vein, but none of them really interfered with our enjoyment of the house. If you stay in the cooler months, definitely pay for the pool heat!

This house was incredible! Great location to beach and other places- close enough to ride the bikes, which we loved. Beautiful neighborhood with great views. It was easy to book and they keep you informed. This house was definitely good for a family of all ages. There was things there for all even the babies. They had things for the pool and beach and kitchen fully equipped. We felt like home away from home. Clean and plenty of space. You just have to be ok with stairs to the other 2 floors up. No pest! Loved it!

The property management company was great. They were very responsive. It would have helped to have a binder in the home with all of the details like how to get to the beach, the clubhouse etc. The beach was far to walk with little kids. Highly recommend multiple golf carts if traveling with family.

Family Vacation
We did a family vacation for 16. House was perfect for the family. Everything was clean and easy to get around. Rented a extra six seater golf cart and it fit in the garage fine. Entire family had a blast. Hated to leave.

Stayed here as a group of 8 girls for a bachelorette trip! Beautiful house, pretty decent location, clean and comforting. Fair warnings.... the villa is extremely bright in the mornings with no curtains on the overhead window so sleeping in is not an option. Also, if its a full moon good luck falling asleep. Another fair warning..... this property has 4 door alarms for the pool! SO ANNOYING, LOUD, OBNOXIOUS, made me cry. Maintenance cant do anything about it so if you have MacGyver skills you should be fine. If not, get ready to be stressed out as soon as you walk in/out the door. Other than those two things we had a great stay!!

My entire morning pulled me away from my family. Felt like he was negotiating with me when negotiating should never be on the table due to the proof I had in emails.
The women in the Glass Casa Vacation Rentals office are extremely nice, professional, and easy to talk to. I would only expect this type of treatment when a person spends over $5k for a home for the week. This is why I still gave 4 star
But overall the house is perfect for any family and the girls with Glass Casa Vacation Rentals go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as perfect, exciting, and memorable just like the house ��

Wonderful house for large groups
The house has everything you will need and then some. Its a great place to entertain teens we had 7 with us and never feel like your on top of each other. I really like the set up and how close you are to the beach. I would stay here again.

Staff Retreat
We had booked 2 homes. We, the administrative staff booked this one with our grands. We prepared dinner for our entire staff of 23 and there was plenty of room to entertained them and give out their Christmas bonuses.
