This property was perfect for the amount of guests we had and provided us with absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our stay. First and foremost, the condo was just as it was described and there wasn't a single unwanted surprise. It is nicely furnished, has beautiful full size appliances, all of the kitchen necessities, and very comfortable beds including the pullout sofa for which plenty of bedding was provided. The kids enjoyed the pools and being right on the beach. The location is perfect and we loved being able to reach the boardwalk in a matter of walking minutes. Last but not least, Kathy was such an amazing host. She communicated with us before and during our stay and went above and beyond!

Kathy was amazing to work with and she provided so much information about the area, property and her rental. The pictures are exactly what you get and it was a great place for the 4 of us to vacation to get some rest and relaxation. We ate at the on-site cafe and never had a bad meal. Would recommend this property as it provides easy access to the beach and pool and a great view of the ocean from the balcony. Thank you Kathy.

We loved it there. As I said before we stayed at that same location last year different unit and floor.
The condo was clean. Family friendly, pool was great and of course the beautiful beach. We enjoyed Johns Pass again and did jet skiing 3 times. Enjoyed the cafe for breakfast and the bar in the evening for a drink. Plan to stay in same location next summer. We enjoyed our vacation and used recommendations to go to Doc Fords for dinner for the first time.

The property was just ok but the beach was beautiful. The bathroom doors would not lock and the window blind was broken. There were also nail clippings on the floor when we arrived. Gross. The furniture was worn out and didn’t seem very clean. There were barely any eating utensils. It’s a dated property.

This place had everything I could have possibly needed. A big pool for the big kids and the little splash pad for my little kids! Awesome view! I would definitely stay here again!

We loved Sunset Vistas. Great location, great condo, great amenities, beautiful beach. Owner was a huge part of our enjoyment with recommendations for restaurants & things to do in the area, as well as answering many practical questions.
Our only recommendation would be to have grab bars in the tub. Thanks for a wonderful two weeks!

Our stay at Sunset Vistas was quite enjoyable. The condo is quite nice, with a view of the ocean from the patio. I walked the beach for an hour each morning, while our friend spent a lot of time in the pool. The location is close to both St. Pete and Clearwater and we took several trips for dining and culture. All in all, a very nice way to spend a week in the sun.

This is a great property in an amazing location!!! Close to lots of restaurants and shopping and right on the beach. The pool was very popular with the families staying at the resort. We loved the convenience of the Cafe and ordered our take out lunch the morning we rented a boat. We also used the Tiki Bar by the pool

It was the perfect spot for my husband and I to take our 25 yr old son! We had our own separate bedrooms and bathrooms, but shared living space and balcony. The full kitchen and laundry were a plus, although we did not cook—there were plenty of great local restaurants. Several were even open on Thanksgiving. The pool and hot tub were well-done amenities, and the beautiful white sand beach we saw outside our window was a closer walk than it seemed. There is a darling cafe with outdoor patio onsite that exceeded our expectations no matter what/when we ordered-delicious, fast, friendly service-and we could charge it to our room (just like drinks at the tiki bar). Sunsets were beautiful every day! After driving around a bit, we decided we were in the perfect location—very close to restaurants, shopping, and golf—but in the nicest area for a hotel and beach. Family-friendly location—even for parents and their grown kids! My son loved it—there were many fun things to do… and a beautiful space to chill and do nothing together. We came for a few days over Thanksgiving , and barely saw all the area had to offer—we would come back again!

Two middle-aged over worked women came down to escape reality for a bit. The condo was perfect, providing us each our own bedroom and full bathrooms. The condo was clean; we didn't do ANY cooking as that would of been too much reality for us to handle, lol. However, the kitchen did look adequately stocked for those who care to cook. The fridge kept our beverages well chilled and the balcony was spacious enough for us to enjoy some relaxation time in the mornings. The view from the balcony gave enough of the gulf/beach even though not directly facing. The pool area was perfect for our offseason visit, but I could see it being a little too crowded during the peak summer season. Having the TIKI bar was a bonus, however I would of preferred the ability to order drinks and food from the pool for delivery (perhaps they do that during peak season?) Kathy was a pleasure to work with and very responsive as we were planning our trip. We would definately stay in this unit again and choose Sunset Vistas in the future.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect to where you didn’t need to rent a car as several activities were within walking distance or public trolley. Staff was awesome. Property owner was excellent at communication, giving recommendations and clearly explaining the expectations. The building had “borrow boxes” so the kids always had stuff to play with in the beach and we never had to buy anything. Pool was extremely well maintained. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Stay
Our stay was excellent! The unit is clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated and has just about everything you would need for a beach vacation. Also loved the amenities of the property - the tiki bar by the pool and near the beach was super convenient. Although you can rent beach umbrellas and chairs, the service is weather dependent - so you may want to bring or purchase your own umbrella and chairs in case they aren’t operating when you go. Would most definitely recommend this unit! We hope to be back before too long!

Girls Trip
Our trip was a success. The location is great. Condo was very clean, the pool, tiki bar and cafe were convenient and nice. Only thing was the 2nd bedroom was super small and the bed was a double and not a queen as stated but we made it work with 2 girls staying in there. Would definitely rebook and stay again!

Overall, a great place and accomodations
The resort had everything we wanted. However, could have been a little cleaner. Our condo was very dusty; especially ceiling fans had not been attended to in quite some time. Appeared that the stove had not been cleaned in a while; however, we did not cook in, only baked one time using the oven.

Perfect Location and Family Friendly
We are a family of four and this condo was absolutely perfect for our needs. The check-in process was very smooth and we were able to use the facilities before our room was ready which was so nice because our flight got in much earlier than the check in time. The condo was clean and updated just like it states in the listing. We loved that our kids could go back to the condo at any point to grab snacks or make lunch on their own. They are 14 & 12 years old and we felt comfortable with them going back and forth from the beach on their own. The tiki bar and cafe were nice things to have available as well. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance which makes this a great location to stay. Having the washer and dryer in the condo was so convenient. The beach area is beautiful and there are lounge chairs and umbrellas available to rent daily. FYI: We did need to purchase beach towels as they are not provided, but we just popped them in the washer/dryer every night. It just wasn’t at the top of my mind when I was packing. We had a wonderful vacation and Kathy was so easy to work with!

We had a great visit. This condo is perfect for smaller families who don't need a place for 20 people. Clean, good linens. Fantastic place to stay.
