It is about 15 mins to down town Grand Rapids and 10 min. from Gerald Ford International Airport. The home is in a very quiet residential neighborhood within minutes of restaurants, the theater, shopping, museums, Calvin College, Aquinas College, Grand Valley, Cornerstone University, Meijer Gardens, Spectrum, St. Mary's, Metro, and Blodgett Hospitals, and close to Highway 6 Crosstown, I-96 and 131 expressways. Guests have access to the whole house with a two stalled attached garage. Parking is also available in driveway and on street in season. It is self check in with a key box and I can be available if you need me. There will be air beds for extra sleeping arrangements, and guests may also use the couches as well for sleeping. Appliances include new dishwasher, new stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer... so it is like living at home with all the amenities

Great home with lots of room for our extended family. Home was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Property manager was very responsive. We plan to book again in the future.

Host was very pleasant to talk to and very helpful. House was in very nice neighborhood. It is a tri-level so a lot of stairs for us, but all the rooms were very nice.

I originally planned our stay here for 5 guys on a Michigan tour. For many reasons, it ended up being only me and my brother staying in this 4-bedroom home. So, it had everything we needed for our short stay. Nice home, neighborhood and location for us. It is a split-level home, so I would not recommend for folks having problems with stairs. However, for us, it worked out very well.

Clean, roomy for 8 adults and 3 children, located on a quiet cul de sac, easy to find, very close to airport (10min. drive), close to interstate to get to places such as, Ionia for funeral, Grand Haven and Lake Michigan for fun, easy access to Grand Rapids stores, markets and museums.

We stayed from Thursday to Monday and we found the house to be just as described in the listing. Lots of space to spread out and nice places to gather for meals and conversation.

Rented this house for a group of 7..had plenty of room for even more people. Mike was very easy to get ahold of and contacted me prior to visiting to ensure everything was set. He had just painted and had carpets washed, place was very clean and tidy. Easy check in and check out. Stocked with everything we needed for bedding, cooking, etc. Good location, very easy to Uber into downtown

Me and 4 friends rented the house to attend a wedding. The house was very nicely stocked, especially the kitchen. It's in a quiet neighborhood and we all slept very well. All in all, a very comfortable stay.

We were in town for a family funeral. The four bedrooms were great for all of us, including young children. We were able to host other family members for a cook out following the funeral. Great yard for the kids to play outside. Worked out so well for us. The only issue we had was with the internet. Spotty.
