About this condo rental
Located in Montecito, this lovely condo for $249 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Fully furnished and newly renovated! All new appliances, including a 48' HDTV and wireless hi-speed internet. In additional to a bedroom with a king-size bed, there is queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room. We also have a very comfortable roll full away bed. Laundry washer/dryer is in a separate room opposite the patio. Includes beach and picnic gear and the kitchen has everything you need to make great meals. The back patio has an outside table with chairs and a BBQ. All the comforts of home in a great location ensures that you will enjoy your stay! We have the Hyatt hotel and Fess Parker Resort down the street with full bar and restaurant and spa facilities including massage and facials.The bird refuge is minutes away. The wharf has a sea center, fine dining and great strolling and views of the ocean. Sunday local art beach exhibit stretches along the boardwalk. The funk zone is a 10 minute walk and features Figueroa Mountain Brewery and wine bars. You will find some incredible food, art and service in this district. Here at Mariposa, One bedroom Flat, you will find the perfect zone to catch an airbus to LAX or check out the zoo, or just enjoy one of the best beaches in the city. The beach is literally 3 minutes walking distance. You will be happy no matter what at the end of the day to come home to your beautiful and comfortable casa on Orilla del Mar!!! Tri-County Produce is on the corner, and has fresh organic and standard produce, fresh squeezed orange and carrot juice, dairy, meat, fresh fish, vegan products, beverages, spices, home goods, flowers, chips,sauces, pasta, bread, desserts and a frozen section. Evening sunsets in our area are magical. Such a prime spot, You will never want to leave! All the happenings in town are within walking distance. We use all organic cleaning products and do our best to give you the best possible customer service!

This is a nice one bedroom apartment a block from the East Beach. The apartment is well stocked with linens and towels and can handle additional sleepers in the living room. The kitchen is also well stocked with cookware, utensils and spices. The location is great and we went on beach walks every morning. There are two excellent restaurants within a 3 minute walk (Reunion on the beach, Convivo at a nearby Inn). There is also a very nice grocery store within 2 minutes walking. We found nearby street parking everytime which you might not expect at a location so close to the beach.

Perfect location if you have an event at Mar Monte Hotel. Walking distance (approx 1 block). The beach is probably 2 blocks away. Very convenient.

Ideal appartment for vacation in Santa Barbara. Short distance to the beach and only short but very nice walk under the palm trees to the board walk. Car parking in the neighborhood without problems. We enjoyed it very much and would certainly come back.

We loved that the location was so close to the beach and the waterfront area. It is close to so many activities. It was a nice place for my daughters and I to stay. A very cute and quaint condo. Check in and out was very easy. Loved our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable and quiet 1 bedroom, 1 bath with nice pullout couch. Host was great in her communication and everything was prepared for our arrival. This location is ideal...near some of the commercial areas of Santa Barbara and a short 1 block walk across the street to East Beach. What a spot! Thanks for a great stay!

Our plans were in a bit of flux due to a very last minute change in our travel plans, and the property owner was super flexible in working with us and giving us options. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in Santa Barbara

The property is very nice and has a cool, old fashioned Spanish ambiance. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and kitchen was spacious and clean. It was nice being able to wake up and walk to the beach, restaurants, and a cute little market. The owner is very nice. We had a wonderful weekend!

This little one bedroom apartment is in a great location, about 1.5 blocks from East Beach in Santa Barbara (it doesn't have a view though). It was reasonably quiet, on a lovely little side street (with easy free parking), and met all of our basic needs. The kitchen is adequately stocked with equipment (but it needs a cookie sheet/flat oven pan). My only complaint was that the sofa bed in the living room, which we needed to use, was not at all comfortable (felt all the supporting bars, etc.). The host (Jamie) was friendly and responsive.

This is a great location. It is an easy walk to the beach and the market. It is well equipped. It was also quiet at night. The bed was comfortable. We are readers, so we appreciated the good lighting next to the bed!

This is a unique, little apartment across the street from the beach. We had a few issues though. The primary issue was the fact that there is no heat in this apartment. If you're here in the summer, it's fine. But if your here in the winter, you're going to be cold. There's a small vintage looking space heater in the living room. But that's it.
Another possible issue is that street parking is tight. There are times when you may have to park far from the apartment.
The other thing that happened, was one of the circuit breakers tripped out and we lost power to the bedroom and living room. This was the last thing I expected to happen. I was able to reset the breaker, but this should not be happening.

I showed up at midnight as discussed with host, our name was on the door but no key. The host directed us to receive the spare key and when we went inside there was two people sleeping in the bed. Such a scary experience with my daughters and a baby! Had to find a hotel that night as we were so uncomfortable with the whole experience. The host did offer us another unit but the lack of security was so concerning we opted not to. Use caution if renting this place at night & the fact we were able to gain access to a unit someone else stayed in.

Awesome rental close to the beach. Jami was exceptionally responsive. Getting the B-Cycle month pass so we could hop on and off the electric bikes to get all over the city was definitely worth it.

We came to the area for a wedding in Carpenteria, and a welcome party at Leadbetter Beach on Friday. This adorable beach home is the ideal location! One block off the beach, located between those two locations. King bed very comfortable, kitchen well appointed with utensils, appliances, and cooking supplies! Rooms large, airy, water pressure/heat perfect! There are beach chairs, towels, sand toys to enjoy the beach. Couple things: we couldn’t figure out how to operate the tv, and I’d replace the carpet with flooring. If we returned to Santa Barbara, we’d definitely stay here again.
