About this house rental
Nestled in Priest Lake, this charming house for $821 per night is a great choice for your next break. Stay in this beautiful home just steps from the lake! This home is completely outfitted with everything you will need. All cooking utensils, pots, pans etc are provided. Bedding, towels, beach towels are provided. There is a washer/dryer for your use. The home can accommodate 12 people in beds. Priest Lake is a beautiful, clean lake. Activities include boating, water skiiing, wakeboarding, hiking, biking, snowmobiling and cross country skiiing in winter. The shared dock will accommodate 2 boats (one in a slip and one on the side). Our home is located less than a mile from the east side groomed snowmobile trails. Indian Creek is just 15 minutes away for cross country skiing. There are wonderful restaurants and nightlife around the lake. Come and experience 'Idaho's Crown Jewel'!

Priest lake is amazing. It is so quiet and calm. The house is very well equipped with all you would need to enjoy your stay. One thing that could be upgraded is the BBQ. We cooked all meals at the house for a week and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and utensils.
The WIFI isn't great and drops frequently. Which is a problem if you travel with teens. Although it does them good to be without their phones for a bit.
Amazing dock to park your boat at or just sit out and enjoy the view. Great sandy beach leading to the water. This is our second time at this house and would most definitely return.

The only thing I'll mention is there is no AC and on the 80 degree days it got very warm inside and was hard to cool off at night as the doors didnt have screens so there wasnt much cross ventilation to cool off at night. It wasnt an issue for most of us but if you are used to a climate controlled house (like 2 in our group) you should be aware. Otherwise the house was fantastic! Amazing dock, great sand beach for the kids, privacy, games etc. The perfect getaway! We hope to be back again.

Wonderful Family Time at Hummingbird Haven
This is the second year we have stayed at the Hummingbird Haven in Huckleberry Bay. We are a family of nine, my husband and I, our two daughters, their husbands, and their three sons, ages 9, 11, and 12. The cabin is perfect for a family our size. The boys love the ping pong table and had a blast having tournaments all week long! The weather was lovely this year, cooler than in the past. We had a great stay(except for the smoke. It was smoky from Wednesday through Saturday. But we made the best of it. I’m sure my family will return but the stairs are getting to be a little too much for us😢. We really love the house, location and Susie! Thanks for letting us stay!

Summer FUN!
This is truly a great property with lots of room and amenities! Very well stocked kitchen and even an extra refrigerator really make it easy to care for the group and the 2.5 baths are wonderful!

Beautiful accommodations on Priest Lake
Our family had the most wonderful week at the Hummingbird Haven in Huckleberry Bay on Priest Lake! Our three grandsons, a.k.a. "three scampering squirrels" just lived in the water and had so much fun jumping and diving off the dock. Grandma and Gramps loved watching the hummingbirds dive bomb each other quarreling over territorial rights of the hummingbird feeder on the patio porch. The chalet was well designed for multiple family memory making. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone who wants to enjoy family fun in a gorgeous lake setting!

Susie was phenomenal and answered all our questions promptly, even during our booking late one evening. Beach was awesome!
We had a wonderful vacation. The lake house was perfect for our family. The property was further up the lake, and that really reduced other boat traffic and also put us closer to the thoroughfare and upper lake which we spent a day doing. But that did put us further away from the resorts, which wasn't a big deal unless you like to eat out often. We enjoyed cooking/bbqing big family dinners and sitting on the deck to eat. Mornings on the quiet beach before everyone woke up was one of my favorite times. The sunsets were amazing!! We can't wait to go back next summer. Thank you for sharing your lake house with us.

This was a wonderful property for our yearly vacation. Beautiful home with a nice beach and fire pit. The owner was very nice to work with and everything went very easy and well. We liked the house so much that we have booked it for next summer as well. It's the nicest place we have rented on Priest Lake.

Wonderful place to stay
This is a perfect house for a get away. The house is as lovely as the pictures show. It is steps to the water with a lovely little sandy beach. The boat dock is perfect for the kids to jump off and to tie up your boat.
It has a very well equipped kitchen. 2 Fridges is so wonderful to have. We used the BBQ a few times it worked great. The location couldn't be better. It is a trek to any stores but come prepared with all your food and that won't be a problem.
Priest Lake is a beautiful lake, it was warmer than I expected. We had so much fun tossing hte kids around on the tube. Husband went out fishing a few mornings.

Great Place
Everything was fantastic! Great house, dock and beach. Great swimming are for the kids. Good fishing and float tubing. Loved the ability to moore the boat at the dock for our stay. The boat is very protected in the slip too. The pictures don’t do it justice. Amazing views of the lake from the porches and inside the house. We will be back next year. Thanks

Memorial Day Weekend
We found out last minute that we could make a Memorial Day Weekend trip happen. We had some specific needs to accommodate our group and this house was perfect! We loved that it was right on the water and was big enough for everyone to be comfortable. The game room kept the kids entertained while it was rainy. The guys caught some great fish and the trails for the 4 wheelers were fun! Susan was super responsive and very kind. Would love to come back

We stayed a week with our adult children and grandkids (12 of us) and really enjoyed it. The home is large and laid out nicely. We loved the small beach area and private dock. Everything worked great in the house. The only thing that would have been helpful was to have better pictures of what's described as the loft with a futon/couch bed. It's actually just on the second floor right in the middle of all of the other three bedrooms so it didn't provide any privacy at all and was quite noisy since everyone was coming in/out of their rooms off this main floor area where the couch is. The main floor room was very comfortable with a king bed and has a super nice large bathroom with tub/shower. The second floor has two rooms with queen beds in them and then a third room with a queen and a trundle bed (so 2 twin mattresses). If you are looking for a true 4 bedroom home this is a wonderful house and could comfortably sleep 10. We brought all of our food in since the closest grocery store is close to an hour away and that worked out just fine. The kitchen was well equipped and we did all of our own cooking. Susan was great about communication and the lockbox worked wonderful for arriving/leaving. We made lots of good memories and really enjoyed this beautiful, comfortable place to spend time together.
