I've always wanted to stay in Terravita and it did not disappoint! Beautifully maintained community and access to club house amenities including dining, tennis, pickleball and gym. The community is safe and pleasant for walking/running/biking. Gorgeous views of the Boulders outcroppings from every turn. This home has a full North west view of Black Mountain. Enjoy hummingbirds every day and the warm sun setting in the evening. The hot tub was a must have for the cool nights in the dessert. Jeff the home owner was immediately attentive to questions and any issues that arose. It is obvious that he cares for his home.

This home is beautiful! Fully updated in a gorgeous neighborhood on a small cul-de-sac. I needed a place to work remotely for a month and it was perfect given it already had a full office set up. The very private, large back patio was spectacular with a fantastic mountain view and all the amenities you could ask for such as a large grill, two heaters and TV. The house itself is equipped with anything and everything you could want. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 3 weeks in July 2018, and we were as comfortable as we are in our own home. The house is spacious and well maintained. The furnishings are very comfortable, which has not been the case in our previous rental experiences. The kitchen is well outfitted, which was also not the case in previous rentals, and increased the comfort level of the house. The location is great, and the patio/view is a great place to lounge at any time of day. Lots of wildlife, too. Jeff was highly responsive when needed, and was very mindful of making our stay a good one. Would definitely rent again.

This home was the perfect place as it was very clean and had all the essentials to make us feel at home. The home is just beautiful and the backyard is so quiet and private. The home is decorated in Southwest style (perfect for AZ) and the owners provided so many extras. This home exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend and look forward to a return stay.
