Situated in Osage Beach, this attractive condo for $176 per night is a great choice for your next trip. **PLEASE NOTE: Due to recent local changes that the Osage Beach Fire District passed, we unfortunately will no longer be able to supply a gas or charcoal grills to this unit. THE COMPLEX IS CURRENTLY TEARING OFF THE DECKS TO THIS BUILDING. WHILE THIS IS BEING DONE, THE UNIT CAN BE RENTED, BUT THE PATIO WILL BE OFF LIMITS AND THE DOOR TO THE PATIO WILL BE BOLTED SHUT FOR SAFETY. THIS IS DUE TO BE COMPLETED BY MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND ONLY A FEW STEPS TO THIS UNIT! Come visit our cozy and EXTREMELY clean 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath lakefront condo that sleeps 8. This freshly painted waterfront unit has new planked flooring, living room furniture, & linens! Enjoy an evening on the private deck, while you enjoy the view of the cove and main channel. The Master bedroom has a private bath and king bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom that will sleep 2 and a single on top. There is also another single bed in the room. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room that sleeps 2. The 2nd bathroom is a common shared bathroom next to the 2nd bedroom. This unit has a television in each bedroom, and a large flat screen in the Livingroom as well as hi-speed internet. The kitchen is fully stocked if you choose to make your meals at the condo. We also supply a slow cooker and blender for your convenience. We provide all towels, toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, body wash, shampoo, laundry detergent and linens. Bring your boat and dock in one of our private boat slips (Additional) The LEDGES Complex offers two pools, WI-FI, an awesome Sandy Beach and playground for the kids. This complex is a very central location by boat and land. The dining, shopping, and entertainment options are all close by, as well as golf, massage, and great grocery stores. If you want to rent a boat or jet ski, the rentals are very close to the complex. We look forward to sharing our home with you and hope that you enjoy your stay as much as we enjoyed preparing it for you! PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: *No Events or Parties including bachelorette/bachelor. *NO smoking/pets. *Check-in time: 4pm *Check-out: 11 am. *Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Sorry, no exceptions. *Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed *List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence *Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees. *Guest responsible for any damages they cause *Quiet hours: 11pm-7am *Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend *Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.

Oh my goodness the unit was awesome! There was so much peace there I almost didn’t want to leave. Started to pay for another day. I desperately needed a vacation and this stay not only met my expectations but exceeded them. I would definitely do it again and recommend Mrs. Becherer and her husbands unit to everyone and anyone, they’re absolutely awesome. Thank you again……☺️🙏

Condo is nice but dated. Living room furniture was stained and dirty. Pans were dirty upon arrival and did not work well. We wish the owners would have reached out to give us a heads up a contractor would be coming by to take measurements. Glad we happened to be in the unit when he stopped. Unit is in the middle of the Ledges property and and on the bottom floor; half way between pools and beach. Not an issue for us but would be nice to know when booking. Unit has lots of space and comfortable for a family of 4.

This was our fourth time staying at various places at The Ledges and we love the place. Our second time with this host and they are very good about communication. Place was nice, very simple. I've stayed in places there that had things like pool/beach toys and beach towels which was nice to not have to pack. I liked when places had some more basic items like cooking spray, spices, plastic baggies, a to bigger variety of dishes to use. There was not any dishes that weren't glass or breakable so for traveling w young kids it was ok but not ideal. Just a few plastic plates, cups and bowls would have been nice. No complaints really, just good for other families traveling. So nice to have the balcony ceiling fan bc the other places we stayed there did not. Would recommend this place!

Four of us 70+ Ladies were attending my granddaughters bachelorette. The accommodations were adequate. The parking was not so good. We were told 2 parking spaces were assigned to us. What we didn’t know it could be quite a distance from our unit. We only had one car and parking was quite far.
The floor in our condo was buckled in front of the front bedroom and and quite hazardous.
We recommend numbering the six remotes and then a list to how to operate them and what is available to watch.
We think we might have left something in the condo but don’t have a number to call to check.

We had a good time, the condo was nice and as advertised. The security staff there is beyond annoying, we felt on edge the entire trip after being fined $100 for lighting a candle. Our host was great and the property was great but beware of Top Flight Security at the Hedges

There are chairs provided, but we brought our own chairs, beach towels, and sand toys and were glad we did. We were able to go hiking at both Ha Ha Tonka State Park and Lake of the Ozarks State Park, toured at Stark Caverns, and went out on the lake. There is a lot to do and was perfect for a short family get away. Our kids are 6, 3, and 1 and we had a great time!

Cigarette lighter in the couch and a pack of Switzer Sweets in between the couch cushion. Previous guest left fish in the fridge that was removed however there were a couple boxes of baking soda from March to try and mask the pungent aroma. We noticed that previous guest left pots and pans with food covered and food crumbs on the recliner. We located cleaning supplies and corrected the issues. The recent updates to the condo were a plus and the beds were super comfortable our family slept well feeling rested. The sunset from the cove location is a added bonus sitting on the deck. Overall we enjoyed the peace and quiet on our weekend getaway for rest and recharge getaway from our hustle and bustle work schedules.

The condo is nice. Great view & patio. Plenty of beds. Note: The top bunk is a little difficult to navigate if you're using the ceiling fan. The location is a bit far out but you get used to it the more you make the drive. It is close to 54. We had all the dishes we needed to make a few meals & eat there. (A pizza stone/pan would be a good addition.) We didn't have any contact with the property manager other than the email they sent but that was sufficient. We enjoyed our stay.
