The Ledges is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. The Ledges offers the hard to find combination of outstanding main-channel views and the serenity of a peaceful no-wake cove. The complex offers two pools, one of which is overseen from the condo along with the sandy Beach area! The additional pool is on the Point of the property with a fantastic view of the Lake's main channel - at perfect location to enjoy the sunset. The sandy beach playground and lake swimming is a part of the complex that the kids really enjoy! In the Spacious, Open Main Living Area, you'll appreciate the comfortable, updated furnishings, the Large Flat Panel TV, and plenty of seating whether eating at the table or breakfast bar or lounging in front of the TV while overlooking the Lake. Bring along your laptop or tablet and log onto the Internet at High-Speed! The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the Gas Grill is awaiting your Barbeque! The Master Suite has a King-sized bed, private bath, walk-in closet, and a lake view. The 2nd Bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 Double / Full-Sized Bed - so you can sleep up to 4 in this room! The condo was super clean, great location, close to a bunch of great boat rentals, bars, and downtown

Nice place,nice decor, clean, enjoyed it! There were just a couple of things that need repairs A dining room chair and the full size bed rail need some attention. Otherwise it was a nice condo in a nice complex with 2 pools and beach area on lake.

We stayed here for a weekend and have no regrets! Everything was as advertised. Nice, clean and private. Right next to the pool and beach swimming area which we really enjoyed! Kitchen even had stuff we had forgot to bring/didn’t even think about, like seasonings and ziploc baggies. Definitely recommend this place and looking forward to coming back here again!

Overall, the basics were there but it was the minor things that did not make it great. Once we got there, the listing said Cable but no TVs had any channels. There was not a DVD player either so with rainy weather and two small kids, we had challenges. Also, we tried to grill and it was pretty dirty and no propane so we weren’t able to. The WiFi dropped a few times and it wasn’t very strong as I tried to handle a few work calls and lost connection multiple times. Luckily, the location is great and we were able to walk to the pool and beach with the kids. Most restaurants and stores were roughly a 10-15 drive away.
Overall, we had a great time and the place sufficed for our needs.

Condo was clean and roomy. Slip rental was easy and fit my 27 foot boat easily. The slips where off of the main channel so wake wasn't an issue. The view from the condo is ok no real water view and the walk to and from boat slips had a decent amount of stairs to climb. We would stay here again.

Multi family vaca
We had 4 adults and three kids, and fit comfortably. We did bring a queen air mattress ( in master bedroom) instead of using the sleeper sofa. Great location close to a lot of stuff, and no riff Raff. The whole property is clean, and everyone is friendly. We will definitely stay again. Questions answered through text very quickly.

Jason was excellent to communicate with - even when I didn’t follow the very specific easy instructions on direction (don’t use Google maps to get to the Ledges). I was very tired and frazzled traveling in the dark and rain with 3 littles and forgot all about this, called Jason Friday night at 9pm Labor Day weekend, he answered right away and was incredibly helpful and made sure we made it. Only complaint, like others, was cleanliness. Nearly all the linens were stained -clean, but stained. Bedding and towels. There were also cobwebs in the lamps and hair in the showers. Not huge issues but for the price, you expect certain levels of cleanliness. Overall, would definitely return.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. It was a nice getaway! My husband was able to fish off the boat dock; I was able to relax at the pool. The condo was very spacious, neat, clean, and had everything we needed. It's also in a good location pretty close to everything. Will stay here again.

Nice location for family with kids
We enjoyed our stay in this condo, primarily due to the location. It is close to the pool and the beach so we weren't having to walk across the large complex to the other pool. The condo is nice. It was stocked with some kitchen amenities but the dishes were limited to plates and small bowls. We used the washer and dryer several times as each bathroom had 4 towels so we had to wash them during our stay. No hand towels in the kitchen but there were paper towels for us. It was close to the store and boat rentals. Overall it was conducive to our stay but we spent most of our time outdoors.

We had a great time staying here! Unit was perfect for our family! Close to the pool and beach for our 2 boys. They liked it so much they were begging to stay longer so we are looking for a time to come back!

Osage Beach
This property is located on the first floor. The people above this property were installing flooring above us the entire time. There was constant banging on the ceiling. The property also smells horrifically like mold.

Directions
I would only suggest changing the directions a little. We had a hard time finding the building. Rather that say second ledges entrance turn right say take a right at the stop sign before you reach the pool. The building is the second one on the left labeled "b." The unit is down the stairs to the right. Otherwise perfect. Thanks.
