Location is good near shops and bus station. Reasonably quiet although dogs in the area could be annoying.
Not a fan of Smartlocks but this one worked perfectly during the stay. Would like a set of keys as backup in case of issues with the Smartlock,

Location was good with a view of the sea. Excellent cafe/bakery a short distance away and main street/bus interchange near at hand. A number of bars and restaurants available and supermarkets within walking distance. Bus down to coast on a regular basis.
The smart door system did not work well with the phones we had. May need 4G/5G phones to work correctly. Needed to ask for a set of keys to be supplied.

The flat is very nice and quite large. The clear darkness at night was superb for sleeping.
We had a problem to talk (by phone) with the man-owner (pure English; "call booking"), fortunately, the woman-owner is capable of using google translator and at the end, we did not need to find another apartment. But still, waiting for more than an hour with a small baby was a big deal. Many people were very loud in the corridors in the evening, but surprisingly after 10 pm, there was silence.
