The heated pool and saunas were lovely, bike workshop is great and the entire experience was satisfying.
No washing machine in the room. Sofa-bed was quite squeaky.

The location is excellent. Everything was clean and tidy.
The sauna and pool are very well maintained and clean, and the gym is great as well.
The main drawback was the kitchen equipment in our apartment.The cooking hob was old, and the heat settings and cooking zones were not clearly marked. There should also be more kitchenware.
There was no clothes drying rack in the apartment, so we had to dry our clothes on chairs.

Hidden among the trees, this hotel is a true gem. The property boasts a modern design with beautiful interiors throughout. We stayed in a one-bedroom studio that looked like something straight out of Grand Designs.
The team was amazing—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. The care and thought put into every detail of the room meant we wanted for nothing during our stay.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, especially the pool and our private jacuzzi, which made the experience feel even more special. Our suite backed onto a beautiful stream, creating an idyllic setting. Sitting outside and listening to the sound of the flowing water was incredibly relaxing and one of the highlights of our stay.
I would highly recommend the breakfast service, which changes daily and is delivered to your door at a time of your choosing. Beautifully presented and full of delicious surprises, it quickly became the highlight of our mornings. My husband and I were genuinely excited to see what breakfast would bring each day.
What really stood out was how proactive and thoughtful the team was. They had considered everything, from restaurant recommendations to local events and activities happening in the area, ensuring we always had the information we needed to make the most of our visit.
A big thank you to Nancy and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We can't wait to return.

The location of the property was great. The spa area and swimming pool were a lovely surprise and much better than we expected. There was a fantastic variety of sauna rooms, comfortable relaxation areas, an ice pool, and other wellness facilities.
Overall, we felt quite disappointed with our stay. As frequent visitors to the Dolomites and experienced travellers with children, we unfortunately did not feel that this property offered good value for money.
Several basic comforts and services were either lacking or came with additional charges. There was an extra nightly fee for a baby cot, the mattresses were uncomfortable and the pillows very flat. The rooms had down duvets even in summer but no air conditioning, which made sleeping less comfortable. There was also no room service.
What particularly surprised us was the number of additional charges: €50 for the final cleaning at check-out, as well as a fee each time you use the shared washing machines. Breakfast and snacks were also significantly overpriced for the quality offered.
