About this condo rental
Situated in South Forest Beach, this charming condo for $220 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Our fully air-conditioned 1210 square foot villa includes all new stunning random plank flooring, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen along with a living-dining area, and a den. There are 2 balconies with a beautiful view of the outdoor pool and outdoor recreation area. The condo is equipped with HD Cable, Two 4K TV, and free Wi-Fi. There is a heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi for those rainy days or to unwind at days' end. The condo layout is ideal for 4 adults or a family of 4 as it is divided into an A-Side and a B Side with separate entrance doors off the hallway. There is another interior door that separates these two sides. The A Side living room has a couch/recliner and a 4K TV. The living room area opens onto a large balcony facing southeast and overlooks the outdoor pool. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a Jamison Resort Mattress and a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The B Side has a den with a sofa queen sleeper (probably only kid-friendly), 4K TV, a wet bar and small refrigerator. The B Side bedroom is 12ft by 20ft with a queen-sized bed with a Jamison Resort Mattress. The B Side bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a balcony off the bedroom that overlooks the outdoor pool area. If you love to cook/bake you will enjoy the A side completely renovated fully-equipped kitchen that includes Whirlpool appliances, new dishwasher, and granite countertops. The refrigerator is equipped with an ice maker. An air fryer, George Foreman grill, drip/k-cup coffee maker, French press and coffee bean grinder are just some of the amenities. The state-of-the art 2024 GE Profile Front load Washer/Ventless Dryer Combo DOES REQUIRE our guests to use only Tide he detergent. (Trust us! You are going to want one for your home!) Purchasing trip cancellation insurance is encouraged as there are no refunds for Force Majeure (the acts of God). This is due to the nature of weather patterns in this region.

We had a fabulous month on Hilton Head Island! The condo was beautiful and has a great location near Coligny and the beach. We had a pretty view of the outdoor pool (there is also an indoor pool and hot tub). The communication was excellent with the owners and they answered our questions and gave us great recommendations.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we loved our stay in this condo. We have already booked our next stay. The owners were so kind and helpful. The condo was very well stocked with everything we could have needed. We were so close to the beach, shops and many restaurants, only needing our bikes to get around.

This is an awesome condo!! My wife and I stayed for the month of April. The condo has absolutely everything you will ever need. There is all kinds of room in the condo with very comfortable furniture. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would ever need to cook and bake. There is a full set of beach chairs, umbrella and wagon to use to take to the beach which is a short 5 minute walk away!
Coligny is also just a short 10 minute walk. It is in a perfect location.
This condo is great for a couple or a family as there is all kind of room. Also an indoor and and outdoor pool.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone look for a short or long holiday in Hilton Head!! It was not hard to tell the owners take a lot of pride in their condo. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

Beautiful condo that’s obviously very well loved by the owners! Tastefully decorated and one of cleanest places we’ve stayed. The kitchen is well equipped and we were pleased to see they even had an air fryer. We traveled with two 17 year old boys so it came in very handy! The beach is just a short walk that was made even easier by using the wagon to tote our chairs (also provided) and cooler down to the beach each day. Would definitely stay again!!

We loved our stay in the this condo!! The condo is very clean. Very comfortable beds that are some of the best we’ve slept on when out of town. The fold out couch is really only comfy for a child, wouldn’t recommend for an adult. They have so many items you will need from kitchen items to beach cart, tent, and chairs. Nice not to have to pack all of that. Close to everything, we think it’s the best area on island. Hope to rent again next year.

This was the perfect place for our stay. Easy walk to the beach even with me having braces on both legs. The condo is well equipped from the kitchen to the beach items. The outdoor pool was great and we loved that they also had an indoor option. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

We had a great stay. It was very comfortable and gave two couples their own privacy. Nice walk to the beach. The beach wagon made it very easy. Close to bike trails and bike rental. Easy walk to Coligny Plaza for dinner. Although when we cooked in, there were plenty of cooking utensils and pots. It’s was nice to relax on the three recliners in the living room or on one of the two decks overlooking the outdoor pool. The pools were great and very well maintained. Enjoyed our stay.

An enjoyable month in Hilton Head
We stayed for a little over a month and were very happy. The location and property are great. It was a short walk to the beach. We used the Alder Ln beach entrance because we liked to be able to get a frozen cocktail from the Marriott beach bar at the end of the day before packing up to go back to the condo. We enjoyed using the new pickle ball counts and the pool was nice for a dip after returning from the beach. There are multiple grocery stores that you can bike to which is how I did all of my shopping. The condo is clean and comfortable. I tried to book for next year and someone had already booked it for the month of October. Bummer... Highly recommend this property.

Our 2nd trip to this property. Really great value for us. We love that the pools are on both sides so super easy access. The beach is an easy walk and they provide a beach cart. The Ocean Walk complex is very well kept generally (this time they had some wall damage because of the Elsa storm). Also the door locks on the unit are getting really challenging to open & probably need maintenance or replacement soon. A few other minor things but again we highly recommend the condo unit. Pictures don't do it justice. We rented bikes for the week and scooted around everywhere & had a blast. Owner is very nice & responsive. Unit was clean and had all the items we needed. Will book again!

The only issue, we received a note from the cleaners that something was wrong with the right side of the sink and not to use, they had contacted the owners. It was not a problem for us. The free parking for the beach is a half mile down the road. There was another access just up from the complex in the other direction but we never used that one during the week.
There were workers repairing storm damage in the hallways all week but they never presented a problem as far as being in the way or noise.
The common areas (pools) were always clean and tidy. We found it a little strange that the indoor pool/spa area was all open to the corridors for the rooms, meaning the halls were always very warm and humid feeling.
We would not hesitate to rent this unit again nor would we hesitate to recommend to our friends and family.
