Pioneer airconditioner recently added with heating and air conditioning. Ample parking. Outdoor seating. Includes quality linens, bath towels, soaps, shampoos, and beach towels included. This is a great location for professional businessmen and women who are here for extended periods of work, with easy access to Interstate 5 and close to the drug store, groceries, banks, cleaners, eateries, coffee houses, and shopping. San Elijo Lagoon hiking trails 100 yards away. NO SMOKING!!! No Pets!!!

The location was great. Close to a hiking trail head and close to family we were visiting. There was plenty of stores and restaurants close by. The beach was a very short drive. I thought since it was so close to I-5 there would be road noise, but we didn't any any inside, and very little outside. I'd stay here the next time I visit San Diego.

Really enjoyed my stay in this well appointed granny flat. Bedroom is good sized, and the bathroom is all travertine with a nice skylight. Bathroom is at the other end of the hall from living space, which provides good separation. Living room is a good size, and kitchen had everything I needed for my stay. Would stay here again.

Host was very nice and always responded quicky. The place was perfect for my wife and I. Very, very clean. Everything was in excellent condition and working. Very quiet street. Great location, near walking and biking trails and a shopping center. Fast internet and cable with lots of channels. Well stocked with the usual things like soap, tissue, utensils, etc. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was just as nice as the pictures if not better. Furniture and decor were comfortable and attractive, and unit was appropriately supplied and outfitted with some new appliances. Everything was in excellent repair, and Vicki promptly responded to our messages.

This has been our third time staying at Vicki’s casita. One good queen bed and nice upgrades from last visit. Close to freeway and Annie’s Canyon Trail. Family friendly.

The Cozy Suite meet all our needs staying in Solana Beach to visit family. Great location and good layout of the property. Will look forward to stay at the Cozy Suite when visiting Solana Beach.

We had a great two-week stay at the attractive Cozy Suite which is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, but near shops and restaurants. Although the kitchen is small (a kitchenette), it had several options for cooking . We found everything we needed to make decent meals. We would be happy to return for another visit.

A lovely suite in a quiet neighbourhood. The suite is attached to the main house, but with a separate entrance and lots of privacy. The kitchenette is equipped for preparing a small meal. Bedlinen was changed on request.

Vicki has thought of absolutely everything in her well-curated, clean, and comfortable property. She was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay and made sure everything was taken care of. The cozy suite was the perfect place for me to stay while working and I would absolutely return!

We had a wonderful stay here! The property is conveniently located to the Interstate, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, etc. The suite was spotless and very well equipped. Vicki has thought of so many small details to outfit the kitchenette, the bath, and sitting room. The suite is bright and very quiet. It was the perfect size for my wife and I. We could have easily and comfortably stayed here much longer. Vicki was very accommodating when we had a slight change to our travel plans and very responsive to all communication. We will certainly try to stay here again the next time we're in Solana Beach. Definitely recommend this suite.
