Welcome to a comfortable, well-appointed 3-bedroom home in a fantastic Mt. Pleasant location, just 3 miles from the beach. Thoughtfully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay, the home offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and easy access to the beaches, restaurants, shopping, and all that the Charleston area has to offer..
The county park is 10 minutes away with a great water park for the kids, biking on shaded trails, and fishing. We are also minutes away from Shipyard Park for those coming to town for baseball tournaments.
The house is well furnished for up to six guests with one king, one queen, and two twin beds. The kitchen and bathrooms have recently been updated. In the evenings enjoy winding down on the screened in back porch. The house is perfect for a family vacation or a quick getaway at an affordable rate. You may also rent for extended periods at a discounted weekly and monthly rates.

We loved this place and location. In town for a wedding and came early to hit the beach. This was very convenient to IOP and all our favorite places in Mt Pleasant. Nice quiet neighborhood and roomy screened porch. Host very responsive and accommodating.

This property is in a very convenient locale for visitors to Charleston and the surrounding area. It's in a quiet residential neighbourhood with easy access to the historic centre of Charleston and also to the islands, plantations and other places of interested. A car is necessary, and there is lots of space for parking at the front of the house. Impressions of the house were mostly positive - it's a good size, nicely presented and standard of cleanliness was good (although the back of one of the bathroom doors had what looked like blood stains on it) and the beds are comfortable. The only real issue we had was that one of the three bedrooms has the main light switch on the wall behind the door to the room, which meant having to enter the room in the dark and not being able to see that there is a step down into the room before entering it. I fell very heavily because I wasn't expecting there to be a step and was looking for the light switch when I entered the room. Other minor inconveniences were: no plugs for any of the sinks/basins/baths; insufficient crockery and cutlery for the potential number of guests (we ended up buying plastic teaspoons because there were only two provided); no dressing table to sit at to do hair/makeup.When one of the toilets broke two nights before we were due to check out of the house, Paul was very responsive to our message and kindly offered a partial refund for the inconvenience, as he wasn't able to get it fixed before we left.
