Nestled in Indio, this charming house for $245 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This sensational pool home, on the golf course at Indian Palms Country Club, is truly one of a kind. Walking distance to festivals! Situated on a slightly elevated lot, this lovely property boasts an enchanting lap pool with fountains, bronze statuary, waterfalls, along with a gorgeous spa with waterfall, a fire-pit and and outdoor bar in the rear space. Pool can also be heated for an additional cost of $25/day . Other amenities include 2 lovely guest bedrooms, guest bathroom, laundry, and a large gourmet kitchen which opens to the massive Great Room with a lovely fireplace. The Master suite includes a large bright bathroom with oversize tub and separate shower, as well as a door leading to an outdoor patio. Sleeps max 8 people. Please no parties or loud music after hours. Come relax and enjoy this charming oasis!

This property has everything you want, location is great. Pool and hot tub great. Very spacious with BBQ and fire area. We didn't want for a single thing. Dishwasher was not working but was up and running very quickly. The only small negative was the outside space was a little dirty but after a quick sweep all was good.

The property is exactly as described. Beautiful house with open Living Room / Kitchen to glass doors out to the level deck and pool / hot tub / waterfall. Master bedroom very large, no door to the shower area, so you have to lock the bedroom door, no big deal. Another area to sleep when you enter the home, with a day bed and a trundle bed, with privacy curtains at both passageways. Back bedroom has two sleeping areas / two beds. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need, a coffee maker, and also has seasoning / spices from other visitors, which was handy! For 8 adults we had a stress free great time. During festivals, locals can drive you (for a tip) to the edge of the neighborhood on their golf cart, saves you about a mile of walking. Highly recommended!

Every time I stay at this property I have an amazing time! The hosts are terrific. So responsive and accommodating. I spent all day every day in the pool. It’s absolute perfection. I will definitely be back to stay again in the future!

The house was amazing. Very spacious with lots of room. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans to make food and snacks. The rooms were clean. We brought extra toilet paper just in case but there was plenty there.
The pool looked small at first but it was good: 1 side was shallow and the other end was deep. The jacuzzi was nice too and at night the lights looked awesome. It was hot out but you didn't really feel it in the water. They had plenty of towels and we were able to wash them.
We were able to BBQ and truly enjoy the house. we did smores for the little ones and enjoyed the outside. Just a suggestion to those staying there, make sure to water after you bbq or use the fire pit cuz those ants bite. ;)
Overall, we loved the house, the security of the property, the amenities, and they were quick to answer any questions we had. Definitely must do again. :)

We booked this last minute and glad we stayed there. Had a nice pool and hot tub which was perfect size for us. WIFI was very good and house was spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and the BBQ was nice to use. The 3 replacement tanks were empty but host refilled them for us in good time. Shana, the property manager, was great to deal with and answered our questions very quickly. The house could do with a updated manual with all instructions which would greatly reduce the number of texts back and forth throughout the week. Only other issue was entry into the complex was very slow and took usually 20 minutes or so. Apparently a temporary issue, but not clear why took so long. This was out of the hosts's control though! Thanks for everything!

Wonderful gated community. Plenty of space in the house. Great communication/response from the property manager. The house had everything we needed. Our time there was the end of October and the temperature was cooler than expected and one day of rain. The pool was smaller than we anticipated and the water temperature in the pool and jacuzzi was cold. It took a few days to get the water temperature fixed. Lots of seating by the pool for relaxing but the golf course groundskeepers were working on the course during the day with loud tractors/mowers two of our days there. Cable and WiFi worked great. Enjoyed the full-size appliances. Property could use some landscaping work(especially around the patio/pool/jacuzzi) and updated kitchen cabinets but this is just aesthetics and everything was functional. We would definitely rent again and recommend this property.

My family and I had a super relaxing week here. The interior was very comfortable and we had all we needed. The outdoor needed a little more upkeep but we still enjoyed the pool and spa every single day!

We took a multi generational vacation and this house was perfect! The pool and jacuzzi were an awesome place for relaxing and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the host and manager was easy and they responded to any questions promptly.

Great place!
This was our third stay at this property. Although the landscaping could use some help, it is always a lot of fun when we stay. Our favorite part is that the pool has a chiller on it so the water is refreshing even when it's 100+ outside. The property manager is very accommodating too.

True Oasis Getaway

Our spring break get away
The house was just like pictures, we loved the stay, communication was great, Wifi worked great, pool was amazing, had a small problem with the jacuzzi temp, but was fixed fairly quickly the fire pit was awesome, the home even provided s’mores sticks which was great, however, we didn’t have propane gas, 3 empty containers, the fan remote in the last room didn’t work we had no fan, the blinds in the master bedroom wasn’t working either, other then that our stay was great we’d definitely come back again, Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one.

The home is very close to PGA golf tournament (which we worked at), the polo grounds, Indian Wells tennis tournament, and Coachella festival. Many nice restaurants within a short drive. The house has the makings of a great place to stay. There is a lot of potential, but there is some work that could be done to make the home extremely nice. Kevin, and his property manager Shana, were easy to contact, responsive, and extremely helpful in getting several things done during our stay (new lawn furniture, new screen doors, new place settings, getting a hole in the wall fixed, and new router and modem to name most of the immediate items) which we were very appreciative of. The layout of the home is great, and it is very roomy. Very nice neighborhood with what appears to be many full-time residents.

Shaded Paradise
Property was as advertised, the rooms and house is a lot bigger than I expected. We had 3 generations of family here and we enjoyed the shaded north facing yard as we didn't have to lather sunscreen on the kids all day.
The house was very clean on arrival however the house does need some work as there were a lot of items that were not working or broken. We ended up buying out own plates because the ones provided were chipped and cracked.
I would also recommend providing a better pool manual as the controls for the pool are quite complicated.
Overall the house is exactly what you need for a great shaded vacation in Palm Springs

Has potential but disappointing.
We really wanted to love this house, it has so much potential. The pool, spa and gas fire pit are wonderful (though they need to be resurfaced), and the interior works well for two couples.
We rent frequently in the Coachella Valley so don’t have unreasonable expectations. We expect to pay good money for a nice house that is clean and well cared for, but this one fell short. The house is in need of some major updates and TLC.
The king bed in the master was extremely comfortable, loved that. Needed a lamp on the second nightstand and the closet needs hangers.
Many lights don’t work, bulbs were out in the master bath and garage, outlets didn’t all work, blinds in the master don’t work.
In the kitchen nearly every drawer had crumbs in them, we had to wash every dish and cup and silverware and pan because many were dirty, the switches were grungy as were the cabinets.
The freezer smells and it permeates everything you put in it, including ice. There was leftover food in the fridge.
There is junk all around the exterior, the deck is dirty, the chair pads old and dirty. Overgrown cactus and plants propped up by a broom overhang the pool and spa and really need trimming and the cactus by the driveway entrance are a bit treacherous. The fountains that are mentioned in the description don’t work and some are filled with weeds.
The house instruction book really isn’t very useful, there are no pool and spa instructions and nothing for the tv and cable. It needs to be updated.
The property manager was responsive and helpful but the issues with this house really require investment. I would definitely stay at this property again IF some money and effort were put into it.

House is located in a secured neighborhood (guard gate) on a nice golf course. It is nicely decorated and spacious. Had everything we needed including a washer and dryer.
We didn't go into the pool due to the high heat during the day, but dipped my feet in it during the evening. I was amazed the water wasn't hot after the long hot days, the water was actually really nice. The pool is really nice, and wish we had the time to have taken a dip. Overall, just a really nice property.
The property owner was very responsive and made every effort to accommodate my family. Really cared about the guest and continually went "above and beyond".
Highly recommend this property.
