I have been vacationing at Longboat for over 25 years. All our stays have been perfect except the one at this property. The bathroom is a problem. There is an opening in the shower and water puddles outside each an every time shower is used. My 86 year old mother fell due to accumulated water outside shower,having to leave our family vacation ahead of time. We spent the entire vacation cleaning water, placing towels and stepping on wet towels. It was a huge inconvenience. One does not expect to be cleaning and washing towels when reserving a high end property. King size blankets were not provided for the 2 King beds. Only two small old, worn out twin size blankets that would slide off. Dryer does not dry properly- it was necessary to run cycle about 3 times. The first time we used, unaware of this issue, our load of new clothing shrunk one entire size ruining most of it. Washer and Dryer are very loud so this extra room with bed was not usable when washing. Lower bunk bed mattress in this same room is so hard, not even a child could sleep on it.Child had to sleep with 86 year old grandmother and created many difficulties. Issues were reported to RVA and partial refund was requested, no one has attended the situation or contacted us after reaching out to office via email.

We have stayed in 3 of the front 4 units on this property facing the beach. This unit is far superior! The beds were the best beds that I have slept on in any vacation rental! And the uncluttered decorated spaces and the open living area makes it truly feel like home away from home. This unit will be our vacation spot from now on.

Updated kitchen with everything you would need. The location on the beach is great with 2 queen size bedrooms. Lots of indoor seating and lots of fans. The cushions in the living room and dinning room chairs needs to be cleaned. Also the tile floors throughout the condo needs a deep cleaning.

This comfortable condo was a perfect location on the beach…beautiful view of the beach/ocean when we woke up and chairs where on the beach to watch beautiful sunsets every night! Restaurants within minutes. Beds where comfy as were the sitting areas. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Kitchen was good for all meals, just wish the essentials like salt and pepper where there. Close to Publix grocery store. I would highly recommend this property. Will definitely rent again!

A little piece of genteel Old Florida Heaven
This is a well cared for and well loved property. It is clean and well maintained and appropriately outfitted in the kitchen and has plenty of fresh linens for the house and beach. The space is light and airy with a wonderful large room for family meals and hanging out. It is a short magical walk on a sandy path through sand dunes to the lightly populated white sand beach. The small heated pool is well maintained and tucked in a space that is protected from wind. The whole experience was perfect for these grandparents and our daughter's family of a 2yo and a 4yo.

Grandparent vacay
We had a wonderful time with our two sons and my husband's parents. The condo had beautiful updated bathrooms and kitchen. We had plenty of room for 4 adult and two kids. The location could not be beat. It is steps from the ocean directly on the beach and very secluded with private residences to the side. There are lounge chairs to use on the beach for free and plenty of sand toys and beach towels in the condo to use.

Our stay at longboat was very great! The condo was clean and very spacious. I had to ask for a broom during our stay. Soaps/ detergents were terrible & wouldnt wash our items correctly in the kitchen or laundry. We had to buy our own along with trash bags. The check in process was not fun. We looked around the property for an hr looking for the office finally finding out it was down the road 5 mins by another renter that had the same issue. We loved the beach & pool being so private. Short drive to places to eat and the grocery store. We would stay in longboat key again!
