Situated in Port Aransas, this attractive house for $519 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Six bedrooms, four full baths, three king beds, two queens, six twins Built in 2011 and designed with plenty of room to unwind. The Main Level: -Enormous, open concept living, dining and kitchen. -Hardwoods and lots of natural light deliver casual elegance. -Two master suites, with king beds and private baths. - Large secondary bedroom, perfect for the kids. -Expansive dining room will seat 28 (seating for 16 provided) -Fully equipped kitchen, with granite and stainless steel. -Living area with comfortable seating and a huge flat screen TV. The Lower Level: (Entry to the lower level is from ground level and you access the upstairs main level from the stairs outside.) -Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a king. -Large bath/shower with grab bars and room to maneuver wheelchair. -Kitchenette with microwave and mini convection oven. -Open concept living and dining with 50 inch flat screen TV. Each level of the house has its own full sized washer and dryer. Three beautiful outdoor spaces: -The front porch for sunsets and bird watching over the pond. -The back porch for a view of the gulf and a constant breeze. -The lower level has a huge covered patio with picnic tables. -Two charcoal park grills await steaks and the catch of the day at the back porch Suitability: Events Allowed, Minimum Age Limit for Renters, Children welcome, Non-smoking only, Pets considered. Delightful location, short walk to the beach, short drive to the IGA grocery store and gas stations. The new refrigerator installed the week before our rental did not function and is being replaced. Thanks to the large downstairs refrigerator we managed OK. Previous reviews highlighted the need to bring paper goods, and extra towels and blankets which were needed. Overall, good experience. Our stay was over Christmas week, and the neighborhood was mostly quiet which suited our family just fine (kids could play in the street...minimal traffic)

Had an amazing time with family and friends. There were 16 of us and plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen upstairs was stocked with every type of pot, pan and utensil you could think of. Love the layout of the house. Distance to the beach was not far at all. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time to stay here and it never disappoints. Plenty of things to do, full kitchen, plenty of space for everyone, and always pleasant owner.

Overall our girls trip weekend was a success and the stay at the house was pleasant and comfortable. We only had one hiccup where the downstairs keypad did not work.

We loved this place! There are 18 of us total. That included 2 babies under 1 year. The amount of rooms and bathrooms was perfect. The walk to the beach was so short. We might as well have had a beach front property. The neighborhood was lovely and the beach was so pretty. We had 5 vehicles and could park with no issue. The host was very quick to respond to anything we needed. Overall 10/10. We would love to stay here again next summer!

Family & friends had a great week long stay at this home, the owner responded quickly to messages. It was an easy walk to the beach & pool and a lot of beach/pool toys provided! We had enough rooms & beds for multiple couples, singles & kids! The lofts were a fun addition. There were lots of games, puzzles, and coloring books for all ages.
The only issue we had was the fridge & freezer didn’t work quite right, so we had to use the one downstairs. Other than that it was a great stay.

Overall the property was nice. There were some issues with one of the tub/shower drains so we did not use that shower. The upstairs washer was also not working. This unit needs a bit more TLC. We did enjoy our stay in Port Aransas.

We had a group of guys stay here for a fishing trip off dolphin docks. It worked great and was close to fishing.

We rented this property because it accommodates the needs of a large family. We had fourteen staying, including us (grandparents) and our three children and their families. We appreciated each adult/couple having a separate bedroom with two bedrooms leftover for the kids to enjoy each other's company. Everything was clean and there were plenty of cooking utensils, and space for 4 cars and a golf cart.
The air conditioner and wifi were adequate.
There were a few matters that need attention. The community pool needs more frequent cleaning. It was murky and buggy. We needed to have lightbulbs available when some burned out. Some of the pots and pans need replacing because the non-stick surface is scratched up. All in all, this was a large and comfortable family house. It is not luxurious, but it suited our needs.

The house is roomy and you have a lot of space to hang out. We had 14 of us (one an infant) and we never felt crowded. The kitchen area is a little small for more than 1 or 2 cooks though. We didn't understand that the 2 bedrooms downstairs were only accessible by going outside until we got there. It was fine, but we were surprised by that. It's a pretty good hike to the beach, you can walk it, but it is probably about as far as you would want to walk. We got a beach pass and drove to the beach with out chairs, etc. The closest access road is 1 1/2 miles and then you have to drive that far on the beach to get close to the boardwalk to walk back to the house during the day. Overall the house was clean and comfortable.

We had a multi-generational gathering. It was great for all ages. The teenagers hung out downstairs. There was a loft space for the little boys, the grandparents chilled on the porch while the parents of kids hung out in the living room. We were away from the hustle and bustle, but close to walk to the beach. Highly recommend!!

We've stayed at a bunch of beach houses in the Port A area over the years, including several within easy walking distance of this one. This house lacks the beach view of some of those, but was much better equipped (especially the kitchen, which is important for Thanksgiving) than any other we've stayed at. Great selection of games and such, too (we bring those for rainy days like we had, but it's always nice to have new options!)
Also, the living area is larger and more usable than it looks in the photos - we almost passed on this house because our beach trips are the only time we have (almost) all the family together, so room for hanging out and talking is important.
Our only complaint (driving my only 4-star mark) is that the sheets in the first floor bedrooms were badly marked/stained (shoe polish?). The sheets seemed to be clean, but were off-putting enough that one couple opted to wash them anyway before sleeping on them. Nice house, good host, and we may stay here again, something we've done at only two other properties over many years.

Our Texas beach trip group included 3 families with kids ranging in age from 2 to 11 and 1 grandma This was our second stay here and the floorplan of the house was great for our group. The kids love the lofts and the downstairs area provides a nice quiet space to get away. The house was well-stocked and the kids loved the numerous beach toys provided at the place. We could have used a few more trash bags and dishwasher pods but we purchased more and made it fine through the 3 day stay. It was mentioned in a prior post that the lovely home could use a few touchups, including a new dishwasher. We got some rain during our stay which kept us indoors more than we anticipated which meant we were able to enjoy the entire space more and the additional games provided. The host was readily available when we needed her!!

This house is great for a big group. We had my family of 4, another of 5 and then a couple and a single. Good location. We packed up our cars each day and drove right up to our favorite spot on the beach. If you have less stuff, you could easily walk or golf cart it. We enjoyed a walk on the boardwalk on our last night.
The property was warm when we arrived but the entire State of Texas is hot right now. I do wish there was a way for the temp to be turned down even 2 hours before arrival. If you have back to back check outs, there’s no need to turn it back up to 80 imo. Regardless, we called Tanya and there was someone out in less than 30 min to do what they could do. The problem was resolved and things were cooler by the next morning.
With fund$ permitting, this place could use some updates but it didn’t effect our stay. I can see LVP, updated bedding, new blinds. But these are just suggestions that did not effect our stay at all. I know the baseboards need replacing. Tanya mentioned that. I think the dishwasher also needs a little TLC. But again…happy to have one at all and a big table for family to gather at. Quiet neighborhood as well. Loved the porches and beach stuff. Thank you!!

Size of unit was very accommodating. TV downstairs had audio only,no pictures. Tvinone bedroom had DVD only, no signal. Many pans in kitchen, but need To be weeding thru and tossed. Most are not in great shape. Having two washers and dryers was great. Extra beach chairs and toys and high chair were handy.

This was our first beach vacation . 8 adults and 7 babies 5 & under. This house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of beach toys for the babies. Plenty of games for the adults. Tonya was wonderful ! It was perfect !
