Nestled in Avon, this lovely house for $185 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Located on the renowned Ocean View Drive in the heart of Avon, Beach Blessings sits right across the road from one of the top five beaches in the country. This beach house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and is located near a grocery store and restaurants. This house is a member of the Kinnakeet Shores pool and tennis court. The house has covered parking, a fish cleaning station, and two outdoor showers. On the first level, there is a screened-in porch with a large hot tub and shower. The first level of the home contains four spacious bedrooms, each with its own smart TV, and two full baths. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second has a queen bed and bunkbeds, the third has one king bed, and the fourth has two twin beds. This level has a Jack-and-Jill bathroom in between bedrooms 1# and #3, and a full hall bath. The top level of the home greets you with an open kitchen and a great room, with natural sunlight as there are five sun windows in the high vaulted ceiling. A small library with books, puzzles, family games, a wet bar with a mini-fridge, a 42" flatscreen smart TV, and wireless internet are provided for your entertainment. There is a breakfast bar with a large dinning room table to enjoy meals with family and friends. Every seat on the top level offers amazing views through the large glass windows and sliding glass doors to view the ocean. A large finished sun deck is located off the great room, looking towards the ocean, with plenty of Adirondack chairs for relaxing. A screened-in porch is connected to the kitchen on the backside of the house, perfect for watching the sunset. Search no further, Beach Blessings has you covered for an awesome Hatteras Island vacation! This home is perfect for a large family or a small group gathering, sleeping for 10 people. Our family of 5 had a great week in Avon at Beach Blessings. Can't beat the location with beach access just across the street. House was clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were very easy to work with and very responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend!

The name of the home is perfect....a true Beach Blessing! We loved staying at this home. Felt almost beach front. Beautiful view of ocean from top level. Quick, easy walk to the beach. House was perfect! Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, hot tub and outdoors showers, games and puzzles, beach towels and beach chairs provided. Quick drive or walk to grocery, donuts, restaurant....I could go on.... Would definetly stay here again. Thank you for the blessing of your home!

The view was amazing! The house was perfect, plenty of room for everyone. The house was super clean. Beach is right across the street, couldn't have been more convenient. The beach chairs were a bonus. Communication with the property owners was very easy.

This is our third year staying at Beach Blessings for our family summer vacation! We love the location, the beach, all of the amenities of the home, the cleanliness of it as well, and the hosts, Dave and Christy, couldn’t be any more accommodating! When I ask my family of six adults and one toddler if they want me to change next years plans to a different home, they always reply, “No…Beach Blessings is perfect for us!” I think that says it all! Thank you Dave and Christy for another wonderful week at the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at Beach Blessings. It is in the most perfect location. It is very close to the beach access, a short walk to the pool, a mile from the pier, and another short walk to the Food Lion. The house was very comfortable for a family of four plus both sets of grandparents. There were two outdoor showers, a very well stocked kitchen with everything you need. There are also some beach towels and quite a few beach chairs. The view of the beach from the deck is priceless.
The host were pleasant and replied promptly. We would definitely book there again!

We absolutely loved our weeklong stay! We had our teens with us and some family friends. Plenty of space for the 9 of us and everyone had the best time. The beach access is the best! Well equipped home with everything you need. We can’t wait to visit again next Summer! Thank you for all your hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Blessings tremendously! It was a perfect place to relax, with games and puzzles to keep us busy on the windier days. Loved that it was within walking distance to the beach. Would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our vacation at Beach Blessing in spite of the entire week of rain, strong winds (25 - 40 mph), 60° temperatures, and 10 to 14 ft. waves from an offshore storm! First time any of us had experienced weather like this at the OBX, and it was quite an experience! We managed a few walks on the beach and along the very low traveled road and otherwise enjoyed this comfortable and very clean cottage and its excellent views of the ocean from the front windows and the deck. And we must mention how much we also enjoyed the excellent fresh seafood from the nearby Sunrise Seafood a short distance up the road! We hope to return to Beach Blessings in the late summer. We highly recommend this cottage and hope to return in the late summer!

We stayed at Beach blessings for 7 days. The house was beautiful and big enough to accommodate all of us. Owners were great and communicated with me quickly. They had games for the kids so they weren’t staring at their phones all day. I highly recommend this home.

We loved being so close to the beach and shopping. The house lived up to the description, with all the amenities that we wanted. Kitchen was equipped and provided everything we needed to cook meals. The house was beautifully decorated, and we especially loved the stained glass in the living room. We hope to come back again next year.

Pros: Location. Very close to the beach, just across the street. Great views of the beach from the deck, and the crashing of the surf was very audible which was also great. The Food Lion, Ace Hardware, and some other shops were close by - really convenient.
The kitchen was outfitted very well. Lots of pots, pans, utensils, etc. to use.
The ice maker on the fridge/freezer made plenty of ice and never had a jam or a freeze-up.
The mini-fridge behind the bar was perfect for extra beverages.
Lots of games and puzzles.
There were some beach chairs and boogie boards to use.
The owners are really friendly and responsive. We had an issue with the A/C on the top floor towards the end of our trip. But they were right on it and had it fixed quickly.
Cons: The king bed was too soft for me. Bad back. The mattress and/or mattress cover may need replacing as a couple of "troughs" have developed.
The deck needs replacing. It was useable but a few nail heads were exposed and could pose a hazard. Use footwear. Most of the outdoor stairs had been replaced recently.
There were two blenders on site, but neither of them worked.

Beautiful property in a super convenient location for beach (1 min) and groceries (1 min)/. Also good base to go to Hatteras and Ocracoke. Inside property was in a one shape, roomy, comfortable, well appointed with activities and necessities for "home living". Owners were very responsive to the few questions we had regarding the property, both pre booking and while we were on site. Hoping to book again for next year.

Close to the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean from the front deck. Quiet and peaceful. The Ice Cream Truck every evening was a highlight for our granddaughter. The screened in porch with the hot tub was used daily. The house is comfortable and well stocked. Hope to be there same time next year. Thank you very much.

Beach Blessings
We had a wonderful and relaxing week staying at Beach Blessings! The house was perfect for our little family. Very clean. The views from both (front and back) decks were my favorite! The location to the beach was perfect! No more than a 5min walk. The only thing I could say is to maybe consider refinishing the stairs and front deck. I was pulling splinters out of my son's feet and hands all week. But other than that, Beach Blessings was exactly that! A beautiful place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!

Great Family place to stay
We had a very nice time staying at "Beach Blessings". It was a close walk to the beach, Kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals, and we had plenty of room to park and store beach items. The outside shower and additional water hoses were helpful and we enjoyed the enclosed back deck as well as the main front deck. Available seating to eat and relax was great. Just a note, the house listed that towels were available; there are 6 towels, so for a large group you will want to bring some of your own as well. Great place to stay and host was very informative and friendly.

Wonderful Stay - Outer Banks
We were very happy with this property from start to finish, other than one minor annoyance - a problem with shelves falling off of the refrigerator door when we first arrived. We loved how close the property was to the beach, and our grandchildren enjoyed use of the nearby pool. We would recommend this home to others, and will likely return.

Wonderful house by the ocean
We truly enjoyed our time in this house in Avon. We had previously stayed in the Southern Shores and the vibe is definitely different. But the clear highlight was the awesome family room with wraparound view of the beach. We could sit in the house and feel at the beach or cross the street and be there as well.
For those new to OBX know that you have to provide your own towels which is different from other vacation destinations. But the house is warm, clean, well appointed and full of items for family fun..

Amazing
This is a fantastic rental with a breathtaking ocean view and short walk to the beach. Our family enjoyed everything Avon had to offer. We had some cool experiences on the island too like horseback riding on the beach and the jetovador (a waterskiing experience that’s so fun and unique). The house is also in walking distance to many amazing restaurants! It was the perfect family vacation.
The house was exceptionally clean with all the right things needed to enjoy time in the house or at the beach. Lots of beds, blankets and pillows too! The hot tub/spa was fun to hangout in at night or after time on the beach. The large selection of board games were a bonus!
The owners were very friendly and responsive to all questions and needs.
I highly recommend this home! We will certainly be back to enjoy some time in paradise. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
