The home sits on 1/2 an acre of land with amazing oak trees. Featuring a renovated bathroom, new living room couch that folds out into an extra bed, full kitchen with EVERYTHING including coffee maker, dishwasher, major appliances and ICE. Grill is provided along with access to laundry if needed. There’s a carport too if additional space is needed (shared with accessory unit). Park and walk to restaurants, shops, bars and galleries. At the end of the street, just 3 blocks away, is the town dock great for watching sunsets.
