We stayed last week of November. Cabin was perfect. Photos don't do honor. Cozy and comfortable with everything You will need on Your stay. Garage was a plus. Views front the back porch are majestic! You even can hear the elks wailing! One afternoon they visit the neighborhood and Linda was so nice that she gives me a call to be sure we don't miss the opportunity to watch them. Talking about Linda she even decorated the cabin for us with a Christmas tree and other seasonal decor! Make us feel very welcome! Access was very easy and the cabin is close to many attractions. We visited the Smoky Mountains National Park and saw elks and other wildlife and the beautiful scenery around the park and also on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Both places are very close and accessible from the cabin. Groceries, stores and restaurants are in proximity to the cabin too. Very nice experience. Definitely we are going to come back!

We arrived on Thursday and could not ask for any other place any more comfortable. Everything we needed was at the cabin. It was a cozy place and elk were plentiful. Thank you Linda and Dennis for sharing your home with us.

Had a wonderful time. House, and location were exactly as described. Very quiet and beautiful view. The hosts really work hard to make the house special and clean. Would highly recommend. Saw elk in the yard.

This cabin made our vacation an unforgettable experience! Centrally located next to Asheville, The Biltmore, GSMNP, Bryson City, and two rivers for water-related activities. The cabin is clean and quiet and has all the amenities you have in your every day home. Great screened in porch with a mountain view. The backyard firepit has a mountain view perfect for watching the sunset while roasting smores. You will not regret renting this property! A bonus, we saw elk while walking the neighborhood in the eveving!

The property was as described. The owners were pleasant to work with. You are close to everything but not in the middle of it. The most used space was the screened in porch where we enjoyed the birds, rabbits, chipmunks and a pretty orange cat. The view of the mountains cannot be beat.

Beautiful cabin with outstanding view of the mountains. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Loved having the garage for our motorcycles. Screened in back porch was a perfect place to eat our meals. Looking forward to next year.

The Cherven cabin was everything it promised, and the communication with Linda in particular was prompt, courteous, and helpful! While we did not spend much beyond nights at the cabin itself, it was luxuriously comfortable, all appliances and other amenities worked perfectly, and we especially enjoyed our evenings on the screened-in back deck. I even found a great spot for catching native brown trout in Jonathan Creek right in Maggie Valley! Our days in the national forest or art galleries in Asheville were all a delight. We could not have been happier with our stay -- it was everything we hoped for on our 30th anniversary.

The whole experience was wonderful. Everything was there that we needed. Beds were very comfortable and very peaceful. Can't wait to go back. We had an issue with WIFI Linda came right down and got it fixed.
