Superb property, convenient location for exploring southern Puglia.

Top notch pool, views, food, service. An incredibly relaxing place to stay. Easy to walk to Castro.

Our bathroom did not have a shower or a place to mount the handheld sprayer from the tub. Water did not drain well on the floor if you showered standing up and the bathtub was too loose / wobbly to stand. American guests would want to know if there wasn’t a shower in a room. It’s also not clear at time of booking that the terraces are only accessible by walking outside and around back of the unit. All this considered, we would definitely still stay again and simply request a room with a shower.

Poor management and options. Misleading policies to capture guest due the remote location.

The room was ok and the breakfast room was nice.

Misleading policies in kids. The hotel charged me 80% of the room for the stay on my 2 kids in the same room. The hotel policies said that children above 13 are confirmed adults. The management is poor and the options for food are very limited. Way far from a 5 star hotel. Overall the worse stay in a 3 week trip to Puglia.

Cool, artfully designed, clean rooms. Warm, clean lovely pool and jacuzzi. Lovely location and views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Quick lifts to the beach.

Being fussy about allowing large bottles of water (glass) to the poolside. (Although they did so for us anyway) thx.

We have had a great stay at this hotel. Beautiful location and very relaxing. The staff are lovely, and also assisted us with some recommendations and reservations that were all very enjoyable.

Amazing hotel with beautiful views!

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. It's a small, stunning hotel, made up of separate suites and rooms, which all have their own terraces. The decor is fabulous, and it's all spotless. The view from the hotel is amazing too!

We loved our stay - the only thing to improve would be the availability of food. It has a great restaurant, but if you just fancied something lighter or wanted to eat outside of the restaurant hours, then that's not possible .

Bar shuts at 7-8 pm No availability for in house guest dinner yesterday, cramped parking, cars parked under by room door blocking the path… and we were in the top suite…

A beautiful place for some R&R

Great location a 5 minute walk from the Cala dell’Aquaviva beach, 5 minutes walk from Fico beach club (which the hotel is affiliated with) and about a 20 minute walk into the town of Castro. Beautiful grounds with a lovely outdoor area with a pool and hot tub overlooking trees with the sea in the distance. There is also a small outdoor gym area, a playground and plenty of parking. Also some of the rooms (not standard) have their own roof decks with sun loungers with views out to the sea. Highly skilled, friendly and accommodating staff. All of the staff were very helpful and made our stay really lovely, especially Diana, Salvatore and the hotel manager. The hotel room was simple, yet stylish with everything you could need during your stay (air con, heated towel rail, minibar, hairdryer, toiletries, TV, large shower, small terrace outside, etc.) The hotel restaurant has a great view across to the sea and offered a delicious breakfast with some cold buffet items and warm items cooked to order. We also had dinner there a couple of nights during our stay and the food was nice and very fresh. Overall we had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel, it was good value for money and I would recommend it.

The pool bar food menu was a bit limited.

Amazing stay!

We spent 12 fantastic days at the Marenea Suite Hotel. The rooms are stylish, spacious and impeccable; the pool area is top notch, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Location wise, it couldn’t be any better — an hour from Brindisi Airport, and just 45 mins drive from Pescoluse (best beach in Salento) in the south and ‘northernly’ hotspots such as Lecce and Otranto.

The breakfast spread is limited at times, but even that is a reach. We will definitely come back to this hotel!
