Abbiamo soggiornato al Mandurino Relais Luxury e non possiamo che lasciare una recensione più che positiva. Una struttura meravigliosa, curata in ogni dettaglio, dove regnano tranquillità, eleganza e relax.
Le suite sono bellissime, tutte con vasca idromassaggio e, con nostra grande sorpresa, anche sauna privata; alcune hanno persino il bagno turco. Una piacevolissima sorpresa che, secondo noi, meriterebbe di essere maggiormente pubblicizzata!
Un ringraziamento speciale a Stefano il proprietario e a Sandy, davvero eccezionali: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti a ogni nostra esigenza. L’ospitalità è stata impeccabile, così come la pulizia e il servizio, con cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani e tante piccole attenzioni in camera, tra tè, tisane e caffè.
Ottima anche la colazione, con prodotti genuini e del territorio. Bellissimo il contesto e comodissima la posizione, a pochi minuti dal mare.
Un soggiorno davvero top, che consigliamo e nel quale torneremmo molto volentieri. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!
Se proprio dovrei trovare una nota migliorabile, direi l’aria condizionata: nelle giornate più calde avremmo preferito una climatizzazione un po’ più potente e fresca. È davvero solo una piccola osservazione, che non ha assolutamente reso meno piacevole il nostro soggiorno.

Un soggiorno semplicemente indimenticabile e straordinario. Palazzo Mandurino è curato in ogni minimo dettaglio: l'accoglienza è stata fantastica e gli spazi comuni sono ampi, raffinati e tenuti benissimo. La piscina è bellissima e la colazione è davvero molto ricca e varia. La nostra stanza era superlativa, dotata persino di vasca idromassaggio e bagno turco privati. Era tutto semplicemente favoloso. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci torneremo sicuramente!

Nice calm area, well decorated, bed was comfortable and staff was nice.
We did not get what we payed for - the booking confirmation said we were going to get a room with a jacuzzi, sauna, kitchen and balcony and we ended up on the ground floor, with barely no view to the outside, no sauna and a sort of pool that would barely heat and would fill the bathroom with strong humid smell. On top of this, the cleaning was not good - every day the room service was just changing towels and putting the bed sheets up. Zero attention to changing used glasses or to do any other cleaning. The 2 first mornings we had the emergency lights flashing on at 8 am (the hotel could just set up a later hour…), on the 3rd night the pool filtering machine (it’s in the middle of the room!!) started working at 4 am and the answer from the hotel was that we could turn it off in the electric board - I don’t find answer reasonable, guests don’t have to touch in any of that. And in the other morning, the cleaning team was vacuuming at 8 am a room that was attached to ours by a communicating thin wooden door - this cleaning should have been done later, we were on vacation and people like to sleep when they are on vacation.
Be careful what you book and maybe check in advance which room they will give you! Refuse the ground floor room - if you notice, all the bad comments are referring to this room.
