Everything - it was amazing and Alissa was an exceptional host. She was welcoming, helped with booking restaurants and making recommendations of places to visit.
Nothing - initial route was a bit confusing but just follow the signs

Las instalaciones preciosas y el desayuno maravilloso, pero especialmente quiero destacar la amabilidad y cariño de Alexia, que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Nos dió buenos consejos para realizar visitas y nos recomendó buenos restaurantes por la zona. Para nosotros también fue una facilidad que Alexia hablara perfectamente el Español (a parte del alemán, inglés e italiano)
Qué sólo reservamos para dos noches!! La próxima vez esperamos estar más días!!

The property and rooms were nicely designed and it was quiet. The pool was very peaceful and pretty. The staff were very friendly and helpful at breakfast.
The location is right next to the motorway in an industrial estate area(?). It is a 8-10 minute drive to the old town of Lecce. There are a few small walled garden areas in the property but the majority of land surrounding the property is waste land. It is unclear to me why other reviews have rated the property highly for location- a quick google map check will confirm the issue.
