This cottage includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, 2 dining areas, cable tv, washer/dryer, newer sunroom and with no doubt a beautiful view of the lake. Whether you are looking for family time, a romantic getaway, a guys or ladies get out of town or just time by yourself, you have found your new retreat. Less than a mile to town, you will find why Bemus Point is the hottest place to be on Chautauqua Lake. The shops, restaurants, brewery, golf course all with awesome views of the lake. Looking for night life...Enjoy it at The Ellicottville Brewing Company or EBC, The Fish previously known as The Italian Fisherman, Village Casino or The See-Zurh House. Yes, all within a mile away! But, if you are looking to dock your boat to the dock during your stay, there will be a small additional charge for that amenity. Some have said that this dock may be the nicest "privately owned" dock on the lake. **PLEASE NOTE: Dock stays in lake long as we can leave it, but comes out of lake prepping for winter. The property upon arrival was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nice with updated appliances, dishware and cooking utensils. The property also has a gem of a sunroom facing the lake that was the hit of the property. Albeit we were there in late October, the deck adjacent to the sunroom had plenty of seating and new furniture.
I would recommend this property in a heartbeat.

Cottage had plenty of space and well located near Bemus point . Plenty of parking and a nice yard . Dock was very nice ,cottage stocked well with necessities . We enjoyed the Autumn Season at this comfy cottage. N&K

The name of the lake house is perfect, we left the property relaxed and peaceful, looking forward to another stay.

We were looking forward to this getaway for a year! Even thought the weather did not cooperate for us (raining entire weekend and cold), the trip was saved because of the house.
We played games, made food, played the piano and laughed a lot, all while having a beautiful view of the lake!
Every morning we watched Herons land along the shoreline. The first morning my daughter was up before anyone just sitting quietly, watching the Heron (core memory made).
We took a day trip across the bridge (about 10 min away) to Southern Tier Brewery and enjoyed an Oktoberfest celebration. The local shops and restaurants (EBC and Guppies) were great! Tip: stop into the market and get yourself some pies and ice cream 🙂.
Overall, the trip could have been a bust due to the weather, but the 'homey' feel along with the cleanliness, location and view allowed us all to recharge and relax.

Spent many summers at Chautauqua and had not been back in over 30 years. This trip was a trip down memory lane and could not have asked for a better experience. The property is beautiful - great location, very clean, and has everything you could possibly need. The owners have thought of everything and made the whole process easy and comfortable. All you need to bring are your personal items and then sit back and relax. The sunroom and outdoor swing were put to very good use ! Thank you for sharing your beautiful lake home with us.

Scott was amazing from day one being able to TALK to someone makes the experience so much more personal! The cottage was so comfortable and VERY CLEAN. I really like the idea of no cleaning charge as this holds the renter responsible for cleaning after themselves. Wow! What a vacation home. Right on the lake with a fantastic dock for your boat. Modern, clean, welcoming cottage in a great location. Close to town where the shopping and eating action is. The cottage has everything you need on site for a fun, comfortable stay. Spend some time here, you won’t regret it!

We loved our stay, the cottage was clean, great views, nice area, quite neighborhood, and easy to locate. We booked it only for 2 nights wish we could have stayed longer. Owner was super friendly and in touch at all times if needed. We would love to come back.

A cozy and comfortable cottage in a breathtakingly beautiful setting on Lake Chautauqua. Loved the sun room, deck, and fire pit! Bemus Point is a charming little lake town with great restaurants and shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

With the help of Scott, a 39-year-old tradition was kept alive. I rented the lakefront cottage for a fishing trip that has been going on for 39 years. My father-in-law (85) and my dad (98), along with the younger generation found the accommodations most comfortable. The very sturdy long dock worked well for them and the pontoon boat we rented. Scott is very nice to work with his place is clean and well kept. I will be rent form him again.

The cottage is very up to date. There was ample amount of each item that was included! Love the sun room! There is a great view of the lake.
Any questions were answered very quickly by the owner. It was nice knowing you could contact him with any questions.
The location is great with fast access to everything in Bemus Point!
I would highly recommend this cottage. I am hopefully returning next year,The only reason I would not is if more family wants to join in. There would not be enough sleeping room.

Located right in the water. Little House was very clean and comfortable. Loved the covered back porch and view of the water. Just a really great place to relax and unwind.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint cottage. It was such a spectacular view from the sunroom which is where we spent almost all of our time. It was well equipped with supplies and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Scott was attentive and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

We rented this cottage for a Thanksgiving getaway and really enjoyed it. It had all the comforts of home and a wonderful waterfront location. It was a very peaceful and relaxing experience. Scott is very helpful and easy to work with, and I would certainly look at staying in the summer to take more advantage of the lake.

This property is super clean. The property owner, Scott, is so helpful. Scott makes it personal from the very beginning with a phone call to Thank You! Pretty awesome in the times of so much texting!!! The property is a hop skip and jump to Bemus. A short drive to Jamestown. We didn't eat at the property, however, the house had everything you would ever need. We chose to eat out because we like restaurants on the water. We are from Ohio but well worth the 5 hr drive. Thanks Scott for sharing your home!

We had a great time at your cottage. The place was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. Scott was so helpful . The view was amazing from the back room. The new grill worked great!!! We plan on returning when the weather is a little warmer.
