Lovely tropical decor with a nice size living room and dining area. Sleeping accommodations include a Queen size bed in the Master bedroom with its own private bath, a full size bed in the Guest bedroom with a small balcony, and a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include a flat screen TV with DVD and expanded cable, updated appliances, glass top stove, dishwasher, plenty of counter space, stackable Washer/Dryer, covered parking, central A/C, ceiling fans, gas grill and FREE WIRELESS INTERNET. Bicycles are available to cruise throughout the community.(USE BIKES AT OWN RISK)
Seven (7) day minimum rental period during season, opening & mini lobster and Christmas and New Years. Off season three (3) day minimum. No Smoking & No Pets. Trailer parking is an additional fee. Security Deposit required.

Pull out couch was worn out and literally sagged in the middle - very uncomfortable. The gate fees stated in our agreement were inaccurate - we were charged double the amount at checkin
