There are 2 separate air conditioning units, upstairs and downstairs, to ensure perfect temperature control, as well as ceiling fans throughout. The family room has a large high definition flat screen tv with DVD player unit. All beds are new and incredibly comfortable with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a king-size bed in the guest room and bunk beds for 4 in the additional upstairs bedroom. The fourth bedroom is currently formatted as a study but can be converted into a bedroom. The master and guest suite each have high-definition flat screen tvs and ceiling fans.
