About this house rental
Situated in Ocean Pines, this charming house for $350 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. County Short Term License# 1993 Recovery room is a wonderful 1000 square foot A Frame. With a great beachy feel, spacious decks,6 person private hot tub and private in ground swimming pool you will recover quickly from life's daily stresses. The pool is 4 feet deep. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac nestled in the woods. Bring the kids or just your sweetheart, you can't go wrong at the recovery room. This home is located in the North Gate and is excellent for Children as it is at the end of the cul-de-sac. Two Levels and over 1000 square foot of decking allows both sun and shade through out the day. You also you may use the 2 car garage for your cars, motorcycles, etc... Bring your boat we have plenty of room in the driveway and the ocean pines ramp is less than a mile away... Master Loft bedroom is located upstairs. The guest bedroom is located downstairs.... All dishware, cooking supplies, household cleaners, are included. We do not provide linens, however We do provide comforters, extra blankets, bath and beach towels, and bed pillows. The resort of Ocean Pines offers several swimming pools ( 1 indoor) , golf,a private beach club,a boat ramp, a crabbing pier,several nature trails, fishing ponds, several parks, and so much more. Please visit their website for more details. Your own private pool and hot tub is located in your own fenced back yard. The lower deck is also completely fenced as well. Depending on the weather, We open the pool early May and we close the pool in September. Chemicals and pool cleaning items are provided. The hot tub is open year round. Ocean City is only 5 miles away via Route 90. This home is located in the north gate of Ocean Pines. It offers quick access to Route 90 and Ocean City. (Approximately 5 Miles) We invite you to have fun, relax, light the tiki torches, fire up the grill and enjoy our Recovery Room. For your added enjoyment we provide several beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, 2 surf boards, beach umbrella, surf rods, metal detector, cooler, 2 adult 12 speed bikes and 3 children bikes are included with your rental. Also included is a parking pass for the beach club. We also provide a crab steamer and and a Gas Grill. WE ONLY ACCEPT on line payments using this web sight. This home always books early . I’m not sure where to start. The Recovery Room is a cozy little house, perfect for a “home base” as it’s close to everything. A few minutes from very dog-friendly Berlin, MD with quaint shops and a variety of restaurants, as well as Assateague beach (pay the extra for the OSV permit — totally worth it! But I digress) and Ocean City. The Recovery Room is neat, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. The pool was wonderful. Nice walking trails nearby. We didn’t use the bikes, but there was a nice array for humans of various sizes. Beach umbrellas and chairs are available and in perfect condition. I really can’t say enough good things about our hosts and their lovely property.
I do feel compelled to make one important note for parents of itty bitty furbabies. The yard and porch are fenced in, with 3” spaces between the fence pickets. I didn’t immediately realize that my 7 lb Chih mix could squeeze between them. It was not a big deal and I just needed to keep a closer eye on Her Royal Fuzzybutt. Did not detract from the overall experience at all.

We had a great stay at the Recovery Room in early August. We all enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. The parking pass and beach club access was a hit too. Everything in the description listing is spot on. The house was very clean for us, and Tim's communication with us was A+. Tim and Cheri are great hosts. I would definitely rent again and recommend to anyone.

My husband and I took our 3 month old baby and we all had a great time. The house has a beachy feel to it and the backyard was beautiful. The pool was very convenient for the days we didn't want to take our baby to the beach.
We had everything we needed at the house. The owner was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. They updated us on everything and were very accomadating. We will definitly like to return next summer.

The house was excellent. We stayed for two weeks. It was nice having your own pool and hot tub on days you just wanted to relax. Owners of the house were also great for communication and having everything for going to the beach right there at the house. House is perfectly located between Ocean City and Assateague Island.

House is very clean and has most comforts you would want away from home. Yard is fenced in for pets but there is no grass so plan on walking pets for bathroom. Owners are very responsive and accommodating. Good eats in town if you don’t want to drive far but only 20 mins to OCMD. Pool and hot tub set this rental apart from others and offer relaxing fun even on rainy days. Very satisfied with the experience from a family of 4 ( kids 9 and 3) with two dogs. This was a beautiful property. Quiet, comfortable, wildlife everywhere. I saw a lot of butterflies, song birds and hummingbirds. The pool was lovely.

Everything from the booking experience to the end of our vacation was amazing. Tim and his family do an amazing job and the place is beautiful. Very clean and had lots of extras hot tub pool bikes grill we needed inothing more. I will book with him again.

Our family had an amazing time staying at the recovery room! It was exactly as I’d imagined. The pool was awesome and it was only a short drive to OCMD. We took our 18 month old who absolutely loved the pool and the quiet atmosphere of Ocean Pines was great for bedtime. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Home!
We love this home and this is our 4th year in a row. The owner is very responsive and answers all our questions during our stay. Our family loves the privacy with the pool and hot tub. We are less than a 10 minute drive to the beach - which you get to use a pass for parking. It’s perfect. If you are considering this home - book it! You won’t be sorry.

Everything was perfect for our family. It was very cozy and quiet. My pets loved everything about the house. Our dog Princess loved her walks everyday and sitting up on upper deck with me or hanging in the yard with us :) my son Vinny loved going bike riding every morning and my husband loved going down the slide in the pool lol. The neighbors are nice and the Yacht club knows how to have fun on weekend evenings with the bands they have. Everything is close by to visit where we are located. Very impressed with cleanliness upon check in! Pool and hot tub made this a perfect place to stay. Location was near to anything you would want to do- Assateague, Ocean City, amusements, dining, etc. highly recommended!

We had a great time at the recovery room. The house was very clean when we arrived. Having the hot tub and pool was so fun. There were days we didn't even make it to the beach, the kids were having too much fun at the house. The parking pass for the beach was also appreciated. Pool floats and bikes were also provided. Owners were easy to work with. We have no complaints. This house is perfect for a small family who likes to chill on vacay. Kitchen was also well stocked. We made most meals at the house. We would definitely stay again.

Better than I Imagined!
This was the first time that we used VRBO, and I was not disappointed! The owner, Tim, was so responsive and helpful. The home was very clean and cozy. We really felt at home! The neighborhood was great and my son enjoyed riding bikes in the cul-de-sac. We loved having our own grill, pool, and hot tub to use at the end of the day! We can't wait to stay again next year!

Lovely A-frame home nestled in Ocean Pines just five miles to Coastal Highway & 62nd Street of Ocean City. Just outside the development is Food Lion grocery, Chinese food, Mexican and a pizzeria. Home has lots to offer with built in pool, large gas grill and hot tub. Safe and private community. The big plus was bringing my dog with fully fenced in property.
