The primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement to stay at the home. Additional Information: The home has a gas fireplace for guests use. Unfortunately for insurance reasons the home does not have a firepit. The Grill Room is a casual restaurant located in the lower level of the Clubhouse. The house is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the lake. - Renter must be 25 years of age or older. - An additional signed rental agreement and $500 damage hold is required to confirm your reservation.
