Located in Minocqua Lake, this charming house for $195 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This condo is on the Water! The views you see are from the actual unit. Beautiful 3 bed, 2.5 bath lakeside condo is located directly on the Minocqua chain of lakes and is a short walk across the bridge into downtown Minocqua. *December 2021 - New LVP flooring in all bathrooms and foyer plus the Primary bath has been completely remodeled with tiled walk in shower. *November 2023 - New King bedroom set in Primary Bedroom. The kitchen is fully loaded with stainless steel appliances and includes a dishwasher, microwave, range/oven, refrigerator, toaster, air fryer and coffee pot maker. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a wonderful family meal. 50" LG HDTV connected to Charter cable with Blu-Ray player in the living room. High speed wireless internet can be used anywhere in the condo. Primary Bedroom has walk in closet and newly remodeled private bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower. New Washer and Dryer in unit. Lake views from the entire main level and primary suite! Located next to Minocqua Yacht Club Bar & Grill which is a fun place to have dinner and drinks, or take a 5 minute walk into downtown to eat/drink/shop. Enjoy your morning coffee or nightly drinks from the upstairs covered deck with the lake in full view. I have access to the private slips we have in front of our condos. I can not guarantee a slip until sometime in March of 2024 as that is when they are released to us owners to select weeks. I typically am able to secure most weeks however. No condo has a dedicated slip. This is true for all of the available rental units at Minocqua Lake. Should you want to rent a boat, there are 2 places within walking distance of the condo that rent and you can leave your boat at their slip each night. Park your snowmobiles out back right off the lake by the fire pit. Our unit is right on the trail! No need to trailer your sleds. You can go forever right out the back door. Please note that the condo association does not allow trailer parking in our lot and your trailer will need to be stored offsite. There is a company in town (Lakeside Marina) that allows our guests to keep their trailer there for a small fee. You just need to coordinate with them in advance. Check out is not until 11am! You don't have to rush to get packed up on the morning of your departure. We would love to have you enjoy our vacation condo in Wisconsin's desirable Northwoods!! Our family enjoyed our 4 night stay over xmas at this location. Weather was great. Hiked several local trails and there was plenty of room to relax afterwards at the condo

The house was lovely, clean and well furnished. The location was an easy walk to restaurants and stores. The view of the lake was great. It was perfect for our family wedding weekend. My only surprise was the requirement that anything that was used, specifically toilet paper be replaced. In most rentals you get a small starter set of things. If you use more than that, you buy whatever is needed. Replacing what you have used is not the norm.

We had a girlfriend get-a-way in Minocqua and found this vacation rental on VRBO. The condo was very well located, clean and relaxing. We will certainly look for this rental when we return.

In the over 40 years we have been loving our Minocqua visits, we agree this one was the absolute best! We've stayed in time-shares and cabins, hotels and campers, but this place? 20 out of 10! the location can't be beat; it was sparkling clean; the furnishings and beds were so comfortable; the attached garage was a plus; the balcony and views throughout were gorgeous; the decor was charming; the cupboards were stocked with everything needed; the appliances were new, the bathrooms were sleek, the levels allowed us to see the lake and bridge from the living room and the dining area. Our ages on this trip ranged from 2 years old to 73--we all loved this place and we can't wait to come back again. Stay here. enjoy the lights coming on the bridge at night. the loons and geese and beavers swimming past your boat dock, the excellent communication of the owner who answers every question promptly. thank you for making this lovely home available to us!

Awesome condo in a great location! Short walk over the bridge to shopping, food and activities! Easy to check in, owner was easily accessible, but never needed! Later check out than other condos in the area. Condo has everything you need for your stay!! Highly recommend!! Loved it!

Nice location! Bed mattresses need replaced-very worn and uncomfortable along with bed linens very old. Having own grills either gas or charcoal would be a benefit for people staying and wanting to grill out. Thank you

It was a short stay for us but a good one. Condo as described. Plenty of room. Brought our boat which was a plus as a slip was provided. The parking for our trailer not so easy as there is nowhere at the condo to park a trailer over night.

This is our third time now renting this condo. Great view of lake. The size and layout works great for my family of 6. Well taken care of. Chad is the best person I’ve worked with. Gets back to you quickly and is so accommodating and helpful. Your only able to park 2 cars but he helped me out with a third. Drawback that you can’t park a trailer but chad has an easy solution for that.

It is always great to visit the island city and Chad's condo made this past experience both comfortable and convenient. The property is clean, well appointed, spacious and beautiful - providing ready access to all that the Minocqua area has to offer. Chad himself provided ready communication and clear check-in instructions. We were delighted with our stay and would happily stay again.

This property was great and in the right spot for any type of food, shopping, etc. Right by the snowmobile trail. The only thing is that you have to park the snowmobile trailer off site. It was a bit of a pain to find somewhere to keep them. There really should be some options to choose from and this should be called out in the amenities of the property.

The location was perfect. Walkable to downtown Minocqua plus a lovely lake view. The condo was decorated with a northwoods feel including a gas fireplace that took off the morning chill. Everything we were looking for in a vacation stay was thought of by the owners, who were great with communication all the way through the process.

For many years when our boys were young we vacationed in Boulder Junction, not far from minocqua. When they graduated high school and went on to college that time we spent together came to an end. Then they got married and now are starting families of their own. This year we decided to plan a family vacation together. The first thing that came to mind for everyone was returning to the minocqua area. That is when we found this condo. We all absolutely loved it from the time we walked through the door. One son came from Delafield, one from the Madison are and we came from Green Bay. The condo was clean, everything was in its place and there was easy access to everything we needed. Although there was only parking for two vehicles, Chad made sure that it would be ok for us to park our third vehicle and trailer for our kayaks at the real estate office in minocqua for the week. Thank you. He also made a few recommendations for pontoon rentals. I highly recommend R&R. They are right over the bridge. We rented a pontoon for the week at a very reasonable rate. They were very friendly and allowed us to park it at their floating docks every night at no charge. I would definitely rent from them again. The amenities for the condo were okay, but I would recommend bringing a few things of your own. We were left with very little dish soap for a week, 6 rolls of toilet paper for 6 of us, 1 roll of paper towel, very little hand soap in the bathrooms, and broken can opener. Other than those few things, our stay was great. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. I’m sure our comments will be taken to heart and things will be adjusted accordingly. Having a washer and dryer there was a plus for sure. We would love to return again, but next time for a week mid July 2022, if available. Thanks for a very memorable vacation The waskosky’s
