About this house rental
This home is located on the coveted "beach side of Butler Ave" and is the fourth home from the ocean. It is less than a 250 yard walk to the beach! It has full upstairs and downstairs kitchens, sleeps 12 and has parking for 8 cars. The home is centrally located on Tybee, and a comfortable walk to almost everywhere on the Island! The second floor has a beautiful screened in porch with in ceiling music system. Downstairs has a secluded screened in porch along with Ice machine and ping pong table. If you have a large family who likes to "spread out" during your stay, this is the place for you!

The house was a perfect fit for our family of 10 with quick access to the beach and everything needed for the beach. The beds were comfortable. The upstairs kitchen was adequately stocked. We didn't utilize the downstairs kitchen. I did bring extra kitchen trash bags, which we needed.The outside could have been a little cleaner but everything inside was clean. The outside shower had black standing water in it and there was a good bit of debris on the stairs but I believe there were recent heavy rain storms. Overall it is a great house to rent for a large family. We would definitely rent again.

Well maintained home in a great location. The only suggestion would be some updated TVs. Overall, wonderful home!

Property was lovely and super comfortable. Kids were thrilled with their space downstairs and adults spent the entire time on the porch and playing games in the sun room. TONS of parking, which made beach days convenient Such a wonderful weekend stay, looking forward to booking again.

We had a great time staying at the beach house! Plenty of space for all the family to spread out and the porch area was lovely. We were also right on the parade route for the Pirate Parade!The weather wasn’t great but we didn’t really mind staying inside because the house was very comfortable. Excellent communication with our host.
