DETAILS: Our condo is a top floor unit in The Village at Palisades Tahoe Resort. The Condo is on the 4th floor of Building 4. LOCATION We are located in a quiet part of the Village so you can get a good nights sleep before hitting the slopes in the AM. Building 4 is located steps from the tram, gondola and KT-22 lifts. With access to the ski locker and underground parking you will avoid all the hassle of lugging around equipment. LIVING ROOM Queen Sofa Bed, Large 50" LED TV, Deck which overlooks the Village and view the mountains. Relax in front of a a gas fireplace. Eat at the 4 seat dining table. Air conditioner in the living room for summer. KITCHEN Open Kitchen with a granite bar which seats 4. The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, range, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffeemaker, and a full set of cooking and dining utensils - and of course a wine opener! BEDROOM Our condo comfortably sleeps 4. A King bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa-bed in the living space. We supply clean linens and extra blankets. Second AC unit to keep cool during summer months. BATH Full bath and shower with vanity. We supply towels, soap, and shampoo so pack light. AMENITIES Within Building 4 you can access a rooftop Hot Tub which overlooks the Mountain. The Building also has a Laundry Room, a Game Room for kids and a Media Room. There is an Elevator which takes you right up from the Below Ground Parking to our Unit. Our unit is right next to the Elevator so you are a 2 min walk to the Tram! The Ski Locker is located on the first floor so you can leave your skis, boots, and gear without having to take it upstairs (and it will keep the unit cleaner too!). Same unit when rented through the resort costs up to 20% more Please note the cancellation policy. We highly recommend travel insurance will reimburse for mountain conditions such as road conditions that may prevent travel. If we are able to re-book we will refund that portion, so cancel as early as possible, however we do not guarantee our ability to secure another reservation.

Visited Tahoe for a ski weekend with the family. The unit is clean, comfortable, well appointed and in the village with easy access to ski lifts and ski school. Will definitely stay there again.

The unit is conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The owners provided clear directions, and they were very helpful and engaged throughout our entire stay.

The "9.8 Exceptional" rating and photos were not a great match. The unit is dark and musty in a building that needs a refresh. The bed is opposite the elevator and noise abounds. "Spa" facilities are not as clean, organized and fresh as depicted. Convenient to the mountain for sure but a bit depressing to hang out in the room.

This place was very clean. Nice top floor location. The owners provided very detailed instructions on getting keys, amenities, etc. They even reached out letting us know the unit is available before the check in time. We had a great time. Would love to stay again.

This trip was to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. My husband and I had a wonderful stay!!!! There are so many amazing restaurants in the village, the condo also has a great kitchen, took full advantage of both in our 4 days and three nights there. Shopping in the village was great, while we don’t ski or snowboard- we met people who raved about the area. In December the resort is connecting two mountains with their base to base Gondola which will allow more skiing and hiking options. We recommend taking the tram to the top of the mountain where you can go to the Olympic museum and you must try the Granite Bistro! Stunning views & delicious food. The condo is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need to cook your own meals. We brought meals that we get from Hello Fresh, there were a few things we forgot, there is a small market just down stairs from the condo they had a great selection of items anyone could need, but Truckee is close by if you need something they don’t have. While we were there without kids. There is plenty for the kids to do while parents do there own thing or with parents. I would recommend the condo to anyone looking to get away and enjoy relaxing, snow sports or hiking in the summer. The outdoor spa was amazing as well!!

Unit is on top floor right off the elevator. Walk to the funitel. Locker for ski is convenient. Awesome hot tub with the view of the slope. Sofa bed is comfy. Heated bathroom floor feels nice. Great stay.

This property was absolutely a wonderful place to stay while in Olympic Valley. So close and extremely convenient to ski lifts, shopping and dining. Perfect for two people. It was so nice to have underground parking to protect the car from snow and frost. The hot tub and sauna were hot and ready to go in. Kitchen was nicely stocked with all the amenities for cooking. Comfortable bed with plenty of blankets and pillows. The couch was also so comfy to cuddle up on and watch TV. It was great having the Roku stick to watch a variety of movies and shows. Huge selection to choose from. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return. However, their booking calendar is already full through the summer of 2024. A big "Shout Out" to the owners that provide such an awesome place to stay while at Squaw Valley (Palisades). Until the next time . . . . . . .

Good stay at the condo. It is set up just like the pictures. Very quick drive in to Tahoe City. Enjoyed the convenience of being in the Palisades village with easy access to restaurants, etc. and really enjoyed the quick access to bike trails. The Truckee River bike trail was great.

Squaw village is a great location for exploring Tahoe and then returning to the village for plenty of dining options. There are free concerts outdoors, which was really fun. The condo is clean and well appointed and a great view of the mountain from the patio. Jaleel is the most accommodating host, making sure you have whatever you need.

This is a very outstanding value. The rooms are very beautiful and the layout of the space is great. Parking is easy and involves an elevator up to the room and only a short walk from the elevator to the room. Everything works great in the condo and everything you need for a stay is included - coffee maker, cooking utensils, silverware, plates, etc. The lighting is really good as well with many lighting options in the rooms. The room is also very quiet, so you will rest well while staying on the property. The owners are great and they get back to you quickly if you have questions or concerns. They typically respond within minutes, which is appreciated. The location of the condo in Building 4 is great because it means you can get to breakfast at Coffee bar is 1-2 minutes. The place was perfect for our week get away. It was clean, nicely decorated (they did a lot for the space) and well stocked with cooking gear. The condo gets very warm despite portable a/c in bedroom but I hear a/c is soon to come for the rest of the condo. The bathtub is FANTASTIC....deep and soak worthy with plenty of hot water. And there is so much to do by simply walking outside. We really hope to be back soon.

My family of 3 (husband, self, and son - 12yrs) had a great stay in the Village at Squaw Valley. Loved the underground parking and the proximity to everything at the village and the bike trail to Tahoe City. The suite was just as described. It was clean, comfortable...all of the amenities that we needed. We definitely recommend this to others. We hope to come back and stay longer.

Communication was spot on! Bring hair conditioner and a baking sheet or pan if you need one, but other than that everything was there...including plenty of coffee filters. We enjoyed our stay, even with two adults on the pull-out. It was easy to pull-out in the evening and tuck away in the morning. Storage for snowboards was also easy. Parking a bit tight for a large truck, but this is not the fault of the owner, but if you own one, I am sure you know how to navigate that.
