You will enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in this 1 bedroom condo. Floor to ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. It has everything you need for a great beach getaway...located on the 4th floor directly beach front.. from the balcony you can enjoy the ocean breeze and views of boats passing through Perdido Pass. Master bedroom offers a King bed and a flat screen TV. Living room has a 55" flat screen TV and a Queen sofa sleeper making the unit able to accommodate a total of 4 guests. Updated fully equipped kitchen features full size refrigerator, glass top stove with oven, dishwasher and all the small kitchen appliances to make your stay feel like home. Also includes full size washer and dryer located inside unit. Free Wi-fi offered inside unit and throughout the building. 24 /7 ON-SITE CHECK-IN....... Note * Phoenix East is a NON SMOKING BUILDING with designated smoking area. MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO CHECK IN..SORRY NO PETS.

Over all our stay was good, but on Tues 6/6, Weds 6/7, and Thurs 6/8. In the evening from about 8:30 PM til 1:00 AM their were several drunk adults playing corn hole and whatever else on the patio west of the pool. They were very loud and the language was very vulgar. We could not even enjoy our ocean view balcony. I certainly didn't want my ten year old child listening to it. I'm all for having a good time, but that was ridiculous.

Feels like home! Perfectly sized for a couple. Best stocked kitchen of any we have stayed in, even a butter dish!! Also has a Keurig plus a Mr Coffee! Quiet building, and friendly staff. Matt was easy to communicate with and welcoming. The pictures accurately represent condo. Highly recommend you visit!

Condo was perfect for the two of us. It’s nicely updated. Lots of kitchen tools & pots & pans made it easy to cook when we wanted to. Walk to the beach. Exercise Room was great on cold windy days. Indoor pool & hot tub available but we didn’t use. Friendly staff.

My husband and I stayed here for New Years 2022. The location is perfect! Walkable to restaurants and shopping. Awesome view of the beach!!!! I couldn’t get enough of the view. Indoor and outdoor pool at property. The unit was clean, updated and roomy for two people. Even the pull out couch was comfy for sleeping. Uber was easy for pickup and drop off anytime we needed to go out for the day/night. Highly recommended! Owner is friendly and communicates well. Thanks for the great stay. We will be back!

Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Couldn't have asked for a better beach view with sunrise view from balcony and sunset view easily accessible from a short walk outside the building.

Great location with balcony view of ocean. Easy access to the beach from the property and a nice pool area at the walkway to the beach. The outdoor pool could have been kept cleaner and got a bit murky over the weekend. Easy access to restaurants and shops.
