Situated in Saint Augustine Beach, this lovely condo for $211 per night is a great option for your next trip. Our immaculate, comfortable, updated & tastefully decorated condo awaits you on St. Augustine Beach-- located on beautiful Anastasia Island! We are a high quality listing, long history of 5 star reviews & repeat guests, as it’s owner managed, which assures personalized guest attention & a well maintained property. Please READ description in entirety before renting, to assure we meet or exceed your expectations! Convenient & "rare to find in this area" driveway parking (holds 2 vehicles), private unit entry and single car garage- containing some beach items. Our condo has high speed wired and wireless internet, WiFi DVD, HDTV & cable service. Huge bonus: we are 10 minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine. Our well landscaped & maintained complex is located on Anastasia Island, a quieter stretch of sandy shoreline on A1A Beach Blvd. (a branch off A1A). We are minutes from ALL the conveniences: grocery, restaurants, drug store, putt-putt golf, tourist shopping & ice cream! The unit is an immaculate 2nd floor, 1230 sq ft, 2 bed/2 bath flat, (up 1 stair flight; no stairs in unit), offering VIEWS of both the lagoon below and the ocean, just beyond the dunes, from our balcony. Sea Winds has a clean pool & hot tub and tennis courts. There is a clubhouse available, for group gatherings. The complex is peaceful and family friendly. It accents privacy with a gated entrance, individual unit entry, with bonus of a garage and individual unit driveway. Our complex and unit are in excellent condition, inside and out. We welcome international guests! We provide linens, some kitchen expendables/ “starter” paper products. Bring your own toiletries. We do not service as a hotel. There are some beach items in garage, but bring your own if you have specific needs such as a beach umbrella. We do NOT allow pets. No size, no exceptions. $150.00 fine and eviction for violations. We have a Ring doorbell with camera for security purposes. There is no internal security monitor in place. Stay for a week, month or longer, enjoy a relaxing atmosphere and fun/varied activities for the whole family. There is something for all ages, minutes from the front door. Our wide stretch of beach offers swimming, surfing, shelling, sunbathing, snorkeling and fishing. Book a golf game, a private fishing charter, deep sea fishing trip. Take a leisurely stroll along the coast & view the magnificent Atlantic Ocean and native wildlife….or hang out at the complex & enjoy our complex amenities. We are close to Anastasia State Park, a natural, preserved beach & wildlife refuge. Our area boasts the gorgeous St. Augustine Lighthouse, offering tours, and a scenic grounds area, a 10 min drive from us. Just beyond the lighthouse, cross over the historic Bridge of Lions, to enter the unique ambiance of the historic city of St. Augustine. Tour the famous, historic Castillo De San Marcos', a 17th century Spanish fort, as well as the Lightener museum and Flagler College. You can tour Whetstone, a local chocolate factory or San Sebastian, our local winery. Visit St Augustine Distillery- Take a full tour of this famous historic city via horse-drawn carriage, a quaint trolley ride or stroll cobblestone streets to explore America's oldest city, with its Spanish roots & influence. Unique stores and restaurants abound, and you will discover rich Florida history while visiting this special area! It is a most romantic & family friendly as well. Popular attractions include: the St. Augustine Alligator Farm, Ponce De Leon's Fountain of Youth, The World of Golf, St. Augustine Cathedral, St. Augustine Lighthouse, The Castillo de San Marcos (17th-century fort), Ripley's Believe it or Not, Marineland, historic Flagler College. St. Augustine Amoitheater or “The Amp”- is a popular outdoor entertainment/concert venue, that has an awesome calendar line up of well known indovidual musicians, bands & comedians. I could of stayed longer! We enjoyed the condo, very homey and loved all the pics of your family…we felt right at home! The beach is beautiful, just a short walk from the condo…. Close to restaurants, stores and of course St Augustine…..so much to do, just not enough time….Thank Jeff and family we would love to return

A few steps away from the sandy beach! Balcony was a perfect spot for morning coffee with the sound of the ocean! The condo was stocked with everything we needed and more! Beautiful location, close to St. Augustine. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in a quiet vacation spot.

This SeaWinds St. Augustine Beach Condo was absolutely wonderful! It was tastefully decorated and equipped with quality furnishings which made it feel like a second home rather than a rental. The living room and dining area had extremely comfortable seating for 6+ and a very large flat screen TV. The bedrooms also had TVs, and the beds were comfortable, the closets spacious, and the showers’ water pressure and temperature were always spot on for 4 adults sharing the unit. There was a long-covered balcony with a wonderful ocean breeze—great for enjoying morning coffee, beer, wine, and cheese, or just reading and relaxing. The deep driveway enabled 2 cars to park in front of the garage. The unit was perfectly situated about halfway between the pool and the beach access. The condominium association grounds and amenities were beautifully maintained, including requiring access codes to both the beach entrance and pool. We loved being on the beach and yet so close to every type of shopping and restaurant. Jeff, the owner, was extremely responsive throughout the process. An outstanding communicator, he provided clear instructions in advance, upon arrival and departure. He immediately repaired a minor maintenance issue we encountered. Jeff was quick to respond to all communications sent through VRBO. We highly recommend this condo and would not hesitate to stay there again if in the area.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful, super clean, comfortable home-away-from-home! The bed and furniture are comfy for good rest and relaxation. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all one needs to prepare meals. I loved having the dual Keurig for morning coffee. It’s lovely to sit on the large balcony in the evening and listen to the fountain bubbling peacefully in the pond, and you can even glimpse a sliver of ocean at the horizon from the far end of the balcony. The location is perfect - a short beautiful walk to the beach over the boardwalk (look for the large tortoise! And the herons), a very short drive to grocery, restaurants, etc, and a short drive to downtown St Augustine. The beach here is wonderful, with a one-way vehicle driving lane near the dunes, and then a long swath of hard-packed sand down to the water; very spacious and perfect for long walks or jogs.

Lovely well maintained unit just steps to the expansive ocean beaches of St Augustine. The kitchen is well stocked, unit is clean and comfortable for a extended stay. We will return! Owner is available and easy to reach.

Tried to choose between this condo and another at Sea Winds. The other condo mentioned stellar wifi but the units seemed very comparable. I just want to say the wifi at this condo is also stellar. It was completely reliable and we had no issues with computer, tablets or phones. We had many devices with us! The condo is absolutely beautiful and amazingly stocked. Well located within the complex. Great location, great and generous hosts. Labeling was incredible. We highly recommend this property!!

We had a great time! The condo was really clean, the beds were comfortable, the grounds are so beautiful and we loved that it was just a short walk to the beach. At night, we’d hang out on the balcony and listen to the ocean. We’d definitely stay here again when we come back to St. Augustine!
