This spacious air-conditioned, two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa has been recently updated with a modern beach feel. A fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room are designed with a fresh, open concept and completely interactive space. Wide patio doors from both the master bedroom and the living room open up to the spacious back patio. Settle in with your morning coffee overlooking the lagoon with water fountain features. Our high-end kitchen can accommodate you and your crew whether for a week's stay just choosing to make breakfasts or even to indulge in a month-long stay baking cupcakes and cooking full meals. An open concept lets the chef participate and engage with everyone else while cooking or baking. Appliances include a stove with double oven, bottom freezer fridge, convection microwave, dishwasher, garburator, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The large master bedroom is furnished with a deluxe king size bed and a luxurious ensuite with a spacious shower. The large second bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds. Flat screen TVs in the living room and all bedroom with a DVD player in the living room The main bathroom is a fully updated three piece bathroom. The in-suite laundry room is tucked away near the front entrance and has full sized washer and dryer for your use. We are mere steps from the white sandy beach on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean and is accessed from our private entrance. A short walk or drive down the street brings you to seaside shops and restaurants. The Old Town of St. Augustine with historic architecture and Spanish streets is just a 5-minute drive from SeaWinds Dreams. Your vacation is an important retreat from your day to day life. This is our 3rd visit to this property and we love every minute of it! The owners are wonderful, prompt, helpful & always quick to respond. The shower in the main bath is wonderful…great pressure. Most everything you need is here. Look forward to our next visit! Thanks for such a relaxing environment.

Condo was clean and spacious. While it's not right on the beach- It's only about a 4-5 minute walk to the beach down the boardwalk and through the n-hood but they had a wagon that made that very easy. Location was very close to many great restaurants and to downtown historic area. Owner was very communicative throughout stay and there was plenty of basic supplies (even though we brought much of our own items) and they provide quality towels and linens. Overall it was a great condo for a great beach stay.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. It was exactly as described. The beach was easy to access, and there were several restaurants and grocery stores near the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. Super clean. Everything we needed and more! The beach accessories in the garage were an unexpected bonus. Master bed was comfy for me, but my husband prefers a firmer mattress. Quiet family atmosphere. Pool and hot tub were clean. Couldn’t ask for more!

This is the best place we've ever stayed. The condo was very clean, kitchen has everything, beds were comfortable. Communication with hosts was great. They kept us informed about every step of renting from check-in to check-out, so we knew exactly what to do. And they promptly responded to questions. The location is perfect. We had birds right outside the back every morning, grey herons, wood storks and cormorants. And the beach is beautiful! Highly recommended!!

Everything we needed. Nicely decorated and very clean. Easy beach access and so convenient to get to and from beach. We would definitely come back again! Communal Pool area was cute but could really use updated outdoor pool furniture to make it more appealing.

We have been spoiled. The attention to detail was evident. Can’t say enough about this property. Decor, cleanliness, supplies, convenience, comfort, location … all was great!! The only disappointment is that it’s not available for our dates next year. Great stay!!

The pictures online were very accurate as to how it looked and it was very clean and nicely decorated inside. We were disappointed that we were forced to buy extra insurance on top of a deposit before we could rent it. We were also disappointed that tissues, shampoo, and conditioner were not provided.

We loved this property. The kitchen was very well equipped so we cooked regularly and ate out occaisionally as there are many excellent restaurants nearby. We walked on the beach every morning through the boardwalk attatched to the condo complex. Everything was very well maintained. We were 2 couples in our 60's and the area was quiet at night and people were very friendly. The back patio of the property is always shaded so that may be a feauture for some people and not for others. There is no barbeque which we would have appreciated having as we like to cook. Overall we were very comfortable , all the amenities worked well, we were able to do laundry, watch netflix, read by the pool and it was a short drive to historic St Augustine which is interesting and very pretty by the river. There is a publix grocery store and Winn Dixie within walking distance also. We would certainly go back and recommend this to friends

Loved this property! Had all we needed and more. The main shower was truly awesome. Great water pressure which is often absent. Patio space was awesome. A bit chilly to enjoy the pool but lovely area. The beach was a short walk made easier with the 'beach buggy'. Very spacious condo and the owners are wonderful...quick responses and results! Can't wait to return:) Many thanks!

This place was extremely clean and made a perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. The two biggest selling points for me were the overall space that the unit has - it didn't feel like just a hallway with bedrooms like others do - and the master bathroom shower. That thing can really help you relax after a long day out. If I did have one small complaint, it was that the hot water would run a little low after being in that shower with both heads going, but then again, that's a ton of water coming out at once, and I most likely lost track of how long I was in there (definitely not a bad thing). It wound up being a perfect place for my family to stay for the week while visiting with some of my extended family that lives in the area.

This condo was quiet and relaxing. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in St Augustine Beach. Pool and beach were just a short walk away. It was impeccably clean and had updated furniture. We never heard any neighbors. I was sad to leave.

The condo was perfect. The location is great and just a walk down the parking lot to the beach. The condo was clean and just like the pictures, maybe even seemed bigger than the pictures showed. Only issue was hot water ran out if all 4 adults showered back to back, but this was easily solved by waiting 10 minutes between people. The owners are easy to contact with questions as well. I highly recommend this condo.

This condo was perfect for our long weekend getaway! 4 minutes from the front door to the sand and a short drive to downtown. (Less than 15 minutes). The condo was super cozy and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. We would definitely come back! Great communication, as well.

We had a really relaxing and enjoyable time in St Augustine! City is about as charming as it comes with lots to do. Our condo was as advertised and had everything we needed. Condo was very nicely decorated, making everything feel fresh and beachy. The pool was nice but the beach was awesome!! If you are expecting to play tennis or Pickleball with a good group of players, the tennis/Pickleball court is in tuff shape - they do have a pickleball net though. Thank you to Frank for being so quick in replying to my question. I didn’t meet Frank but seemed like a really nice guy who cares about your stay being perfect.
