Sarasota downtown and Hwy I-75 are within 5 miles from the house. Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) is less than 20 minutes away. Within 5 minutes walk are Gulf Gate shopping mall, grocery store, local restaurants, cafes, pubs, and public transportation. In addition, Gulf Gate community has plenty of sidewalks throughout for walking or bike riding.
Nearby amenities include popular Sarasota Gulf Coast Keys and beaches, Siesta Key Village, boat excursions, prestige golf courses, art museums, galleries, and theatres. We have just had 11 nights at this beautiful property. The pool & spa were fabulous. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, cups & glasses etc. it was nice to have basic kitchen essentials too.. like a dish cloth and dishes tablets etc. check in was very easy, and Mirko who looks after any issues was great .. the property is walking distance to a number of shops and bars and restaurants, which was great ..
